Very professional and great friendly helpful staff. My wife had some minor complications and they made sure that she was feeling good before we went home. The procedure was done quick and I highly recommend them for oral surgery.

Incredibly wonderful, professional physicians and staff at this clinic. I had two extractions: one on the top, one on the bottom. The teeth were pretty deeply rooted and I was in a lot of pain. I missed my first surgery appointment because of that snow storm in December, and then I kept forgetting to go in and sign the hospital forms.Staff at the clinic kept calling me to remind me that this was important, that I needed to come in and sign my forms. Even though I kept forgetting, they were kind to me. It really meant a lot to me.Through my own fault I finally got the extractions done in May, this week actually. I had an excellent experience at the St Catharines hospital. Most of the staff there were really kind and wonderful. There was one super rude nurse, but isn’t there always? The anaesthesiologist was amazing and put me out quickly. One of the nurses was really kind and funny and kept me distracted. I woke up with some pain and my meds were immediately adjusted to compensate. They got me back to my family really quickly and they were very professional.Now let me tell you what you really want to know about: the healing. I needed ice packs for one day! Only one day! The freezing lasted about 24 hours and I didn’t need heavy pain medication. By the 2nd day I was on regular strength Motrin and Tylenol. My jaw feels a bit stiff and sore, with heavier pain meds I’d be feeling nothing, but I prefer to know what’s happening with my body so I’m able to go off the pain meds asap and monitor any other symptoms. There’s no swelling and the holes are well scabbed over. One has already lost the scab and is healing quite well. There’s no redness and next to no pain, just that stiff feeling and only on the one side. I’m 3 days post op and already able to brush my teeth and work with modified duties.The most important thing to know if you’re reading this is that I was in a lot of pain for years and years before I was finally referred to Dr. Gervais. As soon as I had my surgery, I was healing. Before this surgery, I didn’t know when the pain would end. I didn’t know if it would ever end. Now I know I’m getting better every day. The first morning I woke up and the tooth that had been making me miserable for 7 YEARS was finally gone? And I couldn’t feel it anymore? It felt like a miracle.If you have any kind of dental anxiety or forgetfulness, GO see this doctor! You won’t forget it!

Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, some erupted, some impacted. The nurse was extremely comforting and helped ease my anxiety. The procedure went very well and I had zero difficulties in the healing process. Highly recommend this place.

Dr. Gervais was able to save me the trouble and money of a bone graft as he decided during surgery it was unnecessary. After enough healing to prepare for a post implant, Dr. Gervais and his team of professionals performed brilliantly to allay my anxiety. He was clear about the very next thing that was about to happen and how it would feel. He gently screwed the titanium post into my bone by hand. Just like magic! At 10:30pm, I thought I was bleeding still too much and I called for an after hours consultation. I got a call from Dr. Bosco within 2 minutes. He assured me all was well. The bleeding stopped 30 minutes later and I felt dumb for calling. The next morning the nurse called to check on me. The team is friendly and very good with take home advice and Dr. Gervais is informative and soft spoken about your options.
