Family owned business with hard working friendly staff. They should be so proud of the wonderful affect that they have on the community. A great selection of interesting rugs, furnishings and kitchen ware.

Super Chance is great for shopping and/or browsing. Merchandise is clean, fairly priced and artfully displayed. I never know when a special treasure is going to call my name! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Thanks for being part of our James Bay community!

Reviewing because of whiny Ethan complaining that the Superchance has required masks since august.At that time, I felt safe because of their practices for COVID. I bought a chair and they allowed me to take a day or so to arrange a pickup. They were helpful and courteous. I’ve shopped at Superchance numerous times over the years and I think it’s a great shop. If people like Ethan don’t return, I’m okay with that.Still love my chair.

I used to love shopping there. However, years ago I took some furniture to them to sell for me. They quoted me the price for each piece. When I went back to collect the furniture, they said it had sold. I was so glad! They handed over half the money that I had been quoted. I asked why and they said they had lowered the price. I said I hadn't been told they were going to do that. They said it was a new policy and handed me a form that had been updated since I dropped off my furniture. I said that wasn't fair, but they wouldn't budge. I found it very underhanded and haven't been back since...

Love this shop. Barbara is great at what she does. Her shop is a Pandora's box of useful, eclectic and beautiful things. You never know what you'll bring home. Drop in even if you don't need anything. There is always something to catch your eye. Something you've been watching for, just the perfect gift, or a whimsy for yourself.

Barbara the owner was really nice and helpful. I bought a Persian rug, beautiful and @ a great price. I drive a Smart car and she even managed to get it in my car. The Persian rug was huge! Thank you Barb.

This is one of my favourite stores in Victoria. I really enjoy dropping in to browse and possibly find a little treasure. They have a nice clean store and good quality merchandise at fair prices. I look forward to visiting Victoria again this spring and this will be one of my first stops!

A treasure shop indeed. I'd been looking for a Persian carpet and found one here!The owner was extremely knowledgeable and I learned allot about carpets from him. The cashier was friendly and efficient. I also picked up some designer sun glasses and a gorgeous urn. The price's were fair, the carpet's are a fraction of what you'd pay downtown , I walked away feeling like I'd received a good deal. I'm definitely going back!

My experience with Super Chance has been excellent. As a shopper, I've found their merchandise to be well priced, well displayed, clean and varied. As a consignee it was time to say goodbye to some of my fine china and Super Chance offered a fair and equitable win win option.
