I enjoyed my visit here! Good friendly staff, big place! Got my nails done here a year ago for my birthday :) Enjoyed the experience, my technician was great! she did a thorough job, was a while back so I’m not sure of her name. My mom came with me and was satisfied as well! one star off because I have tried many nail places and have found some in barrie with more skills, but I would go back here for sure :)

Grandma takes grandaugters out for a special day getting med and peddi for their first time however they didn't get to experience an enjoyable event NO they encountered embarrassment it was very expensive for rude and Unprofessional work sloppy nail filing &painting and lazy put cream on but didn't rub it in just left it on the leg. very disgusted and disturbing how they treated my mom and my little girls they were telling me how rude the guy was and they will never go back.

My hubby and I come here for mani/ peddi. All the time. He took our 4 year old for daddy daughter daddy. They are great at what they do and made my daughters first spa day extra special.

When I first moved up here from the city, I tried a few different nail places before I went to nail club! Honestly the nicest people! I found the others overpriced for the service and how rushed I felt. But Joyce is amazing! She is so sweet and friendly (honestly all the staff are!) and has never let me leave with a less than perfect job!

I asked for an overlay. When he asked if I wanted them a bit longer I said yes thinking he would just use the get to pull my nail out a bit more. instead he started cutting off all my nails that I worked so hard to grow. Then I was supposed to pay more after they ruined my own nails and now im stuck with tips and my own nails are now destroyed!! Plus they wernt even amd has many mistakes. So not effing happy. Won't ever use them again ever!!!!!

I was visiting from out of town and needed a last minute pedicure before hitting the spa. Called and they immediately fit me in on a Saturday morning. Amy did my pedicure and it’s honestly the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She spent well over an hour cleaning my cuticles and nails shaping them and my feet have never looked and felt better. Everyone was super friendly and came over to chat. I would definitely become a regular if I didn’t live 3 hours away - but recommend for anyone in town!

I'm normally always praising nail club and the phenomenal work that is done as I've been a regular for 1 year going two times per month. Today was the first day I've been super disappointed as I called and made an appointment for 215, showed up to be told I need to come back in an hour, when I explained I couldn't as I have to work they brushed me aside.My normal two ladies were not there Jenny and Joy. Those two make all the difference.My nails will be sad while in the Dominican as I had to leave at 320 when the other lady was still not done.
