I never ended up going to the store however I found the staff to be very accommodating even offering to deliver the product I am interested in to my address. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else searching for truck parts or kayaks. Good job fellas keep up the good work

Quick friendly service. My go to for mounting and balancing tires. Brought in my own set that I purchased elsewhere here to install and they got the job done, without issues. Perfectly balanced tires each time. They've gained my trust and I'll be coming back for another set in the future.

These guys are super. I have a discontinued Thule roof rack and unfortunately lost a plastic foot for one of the podiums during a move and they are no longer available from Thule.com, rendering my rack useless. The local Cap-it in Nanaimo found these branch had one. I called thinking and the staff member was fantastic and mailed me the precious rubber feet!! THANK YOU!!!!
