Have been going to Alberta Tax Services for six years now. The service is amazing and super friendly, and returns are filed very fast! Kevin and Nicole make you feel like family. I tell everyone I know to go see them and their team! 10/10

Nicole was a great accountant. She saved a young couple 6 grand of there savings. Highly recommend this place.

This was my first time with this company for taxes. The Tax services themselves were fine and quick however the front end staff the older lady, was absolutely rude. Asked her how her day was and she looked at me and was like “ok I GUESS” rudely. And then proceeded to make rude commentary about my taxes owing. I don’t know if I’ll ever come back due to how she talked to me and this experience. It was absolutely condescending and there was no need to commentate on my taxes owed, just let me sign and even say have a nice day even if ya don’t mean it. Yuck.

The ladies here have always been lovely!Very helpful and quick. Wont go anywhere else for my taxes!

Kevin is the best , fair, personable, quick . His wife and staff are just delightful.

For the last 3 years nothing but problems and rudeness. When asked to fix their mistakes they say it was not their fault and won't fix but after sitting on the phone for 2 hours with the cra turns out it was your fault and was a super simple fix on your end that took hours for me to fix.....They also messed up the year before which stopped payment on my family allowance and ccb because they changed my address that had been the same for over 3 years. DONT GO HERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL UNACCOUTABLE RUDE PEOPLE.

I have been dealing with them since 2016. My parents have been with Kevin for 40yrs, I go back to them year after year, Kevin makes it easy to understand the tax process. Way better then H&R Block. And the fees for the taxes here are the cheapest in the city. I recommend anyone who needs taxes or back taxes done to see these people.

We having been going here for 3 years now the last 2 years they were amazing helping up, they took their explain things and didn't feel like we were being questioned about everything we brought in. Kevin is amazing and very professional. This year we decided to give someone else a chance to our taxes there as they made sound that she was competent to do it and her experience made it assuring so we switched our appointment with Denise and cancelled on Kevin. Wish we kept Kevin as our appointment. We felt rushed, she didn't go through the taxes with us nor confirm if our addresses were current. We had medical to claim and she questioned everything about it, I also had receipts of things that weren't cover by our insurance and i know we could claim them she didn't bother to hear what i said and they weren't claimed. Very unprofessional. The whole experience was rushed. This will be the last time we go there! th

Don't usually do reviews but this one's well worth it. Me and my wife filed a few days off to the deadline this year and we even had adjustments done on my wife's tax since we missed out a few forms needed. They brought my balance from a 1k to well over just a hundred. Kevin and Marlene was always updating us each step of the way. Fast and friendly service and good value for the money. Looking forward to next year
