Coast Capri Hotel
I stayed on union business. I had to check out of my room first thing in the morning as I had a meeting all day. Staff was not helpful when trying to get a late checkout. I have never had a problem when asking for a late checkout before. I also accidentally left behind an expensive memory foam pillow that helps with my neck problems. I called as soon as I realized I had left it. I was told nothing was logged by housekeeping staff. I called again later, asked to speak to the housekeeping manager, but they were not available. Talked again with the front desk about my lost pillow. They again told me nothing was logged and to call back the next day to speak to the housekeeping manager. I called the next morning but the housekeeping manager was in a meeting. I again spoke with the front desk about my lost property. They were no help at all. I again called back later in the day, was told the housekeeping manager was gone for the day. I asked if someone could please look to see if my pillow was logged" yet. Was told someone would call me back in a couple of hours. No one called. I was near the hotel later that afternoon so I went in to ask if it had been found. It had not. So my pillow went "missing" and was not to be found. Very disappointing. Where did it go? Why have a "log" if lost items never show up in it? Was offered no compensation at all. Was treated badly I suppose because I was making a "big deal" about a pillow. It was a $50 pillow that just disappeared."

Coast Capri Hotel
We enjoyed our stay for 4 nights. The hotel is very clean, the food was great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Must mention the front desk gentleman Trevor, he is very nice, always saying hi and good bye everytime we walk by. Very knowledgeable on making a great stay for us. We can tell he loves his job, and he is always happy, showing on the way he takes care of his customers. Good job Trevor!

The staff was great. The receptionists Navneet was very helpful and answered all our questions. Special thank u for Navneet, she provides amazing service. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time.

My biggest concern when travelling is if my therapy dog will be welcomed. My good girl was treated so well by staff and it was absolutely no hassle for her to stay with me.Huge relief and BIG appreciation to Coast Capri.No complaints. Everything I needed was available and the room was clean.

With polite and professional staff, the Coast provides amazing customer service. Rooms and common areas provide a quiet, clean and inviting atmosphere. This establishment has paid close attention to detail to ensure your stay is very comfortable. Let’s not forget the great location!! Downtown and waterfront is a quick 15 min walk with top notch restaurants, liquor store and grocery store in close proximity.As a business traveller, this hôtel can’t be beat. As a regular guest at the Coast, I feel the front desk staff go above and beyond to ensure all guests feel welcome. Great job Coast!!

The staff was so kind and welcoming, people working the reception greeted us by name. I removed a star because my toddler found a big M&M on the floor of our room within the first 5 minutes of us entering the room, which lead us to scan the whole place for any other food, dirt, things left behind by previous guests. The room was not very clean.Despite going for a bigger room, there was a coffee pot and a fridge but no microwave. The only microwave was on the main lobby in a computer/conference room. Meaning you had to wait for whoever was in there with the door shut to get out before being able to heat up your food.We were offered a complimentary breakfast for our first morning there which was very appreciated! The pool was great. Very kid friendly place.30 minute walk to the beach/downtown and back. Good location.

This hotel is awesome for large group events. Very professional staff. Great service from Reception(Trevor and the others) down to catering services. Spacious lobby area. Ally M.- Awesome Sales and Catering Manager. Easy to work with and very accommodating. Olivia G- Awesome, friendly, always great me with a smile. The hotel restaurant service is also great, great staff. Clean rooms and some of them you can see the pool from your room. Very helpful group of people. It was great hosting our event at this location. Kudos everyone!!!!!

Great central location. Clean comfy rooms! Modern feel. Lobby area and restaurant are nicely decorated. Outdoor pool is on site. Staff were helpful, friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Only tho if missing is a hot tub!Restaurant staff were fantastic as was the food. Lots of parking and close to shops. About a 5 min ride to downtown Kelowna. Would stay again!
