I can definitely say that they're the most helpful people I've dealt with in regards to setting up a new phone plan. Very nice and awesome to talk to, and they will find any promos or extras to help with said service!Pretty happy with getting set up through the source in golden. Best buy can take a hike

I recently came in the store in a panic after loosing my phone just before leaving on a trip. Ester provided an excellent service! She immediately saw how distress I was, and nicely reassured me that I would leave with a new phone.Then....I found my stupid phone in my ski pant bib pocket and I felt like such an idiot! Ester knew I was in a hurry and offered a solution that suited my timeline efficiently. She was resourceful and very nice to deal with. Thank you

Absolutely over the moon with the amazing customer service in this store. The best customer service EVER. Went in to buy a go pro 10 got great deal as changed phone plans! Jack approached us and was super friendly from the get go and then spoke with the manager Kai who was also amazing. Also not forgetting the newbie who was really nice. You guys have made my day! Thank you so so so so much for making this a fun friendly professional service. Recommend everyone to go here!!!

Guri and Kendra were professional and amazing to assist me after my phone was not retrievable. Jumping ship from Telus to Bell without a SIM card was more difficult yet they were able to exceed my expectations and also help me get a plan that was a better price.Thank you!

I recently upgraded my phone in the source in Golden BC. The staff were awesome and they had some great deals going on phones. The sales associate who worked with me was Kai. He was really knowledgeable, friendly, transparent and incredibly helpful. The store was super clean. The other staff were very enthusiastic and friendly in helping other customers who came and went as i was there. Left the store feeling like a valued customer and stoked with my new phone!
