I had started an application, then when I saw that I would have to have someone come into my home and approve my home office space, I chose not to continue with the application as I feel that is NOT appropriate. I replied to an email from Leanne Woods when I received an email saying they noticed I had not completed the application, and I stated why I chose not to continue with it. The reply to her email was November 24, 2021. I never heard anything back until today, December 1, 2021 when I received an email with bold print stating the following:Rejected your job applicantion for the options Customer Service Representatives - Work@Home at HGSVERY UNPROFESSIONAL....THIS WAS COPIED AND PASTED FROM THE EXACT EMAIL I RECEIVED....Nice spelling error.Why would anyone want to work for such an unprofessional company?

Shame on the company on deducting money from employees For providing them equipment and when they try to return back no response also in training the ogt is not provided properly plus when you resign they will revoke the if for login within a day . Not worth working here, they will make you work a lot and not give you shifts as you like only people in need who have been here for more than 6months get chance to get their shifts..

HGS provides customer care solutions for its clients. So you will be working as a representative of a client of HGS. HGS will provide you all the equipments for the job. The payment is decent, hours are long. Breaks are given in three periods, 15 minutes, 30 minutes and last 15 minutes. Training, managers and colleagues are friendly but the total amount of training is not enough for a newly trained employee. Customers are horrible. It will take a mental toll on your life. You will be stress all the day.

Please just go elsewhere and don't waste your time. Been there for a year and they don't pay the commissions that is clearly stated in your contract. I kept asking them for my commissions for MONTHS and everytime they would throw the ball to one another praying you would just give up as I did. That was almost 4 years ago, still the worse job I ever had.

This company prides itself on a 5 star rating - their management team in Canada only looks after themselves. This is do not recommend company. If you need a job and don't care - go for it - my only advise is do not trust anyone above you - they will stab you in the back. Keep your thoughts to yourself. If you do something incorrect - let them figure it out. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Stay away.

This is such an un professional company. I would “NOT RECOMMEND” this company to anyone specially to those who are willing to work here, it has been almost 6 months now since i have applied here. They asked me for an online assessment which i cleared. Than they sent me an email which said please wait for further steps! Guess what iam still waiting. I mailed them for a follow up so a lady named Mary joe canoe she mails me saying we have a pooled list your name is in our list & we will reach out soon. But still they are hiring and posting jobs on several job boards, Like seriously they don't have time to get back to the applied candidates but are willing to hire new ones! If you want to waste your quality time then waste it at HGS! I would never recommend it to anyone it waste of time and no professionalism is done here!!!

I have been working for HGS for over 8 months and I must say, I never thought I would enjoy work this much. I have made so many friends and everyone has been super friendly. Benefits are great, paid days off, honestly I love working here!

DO NOT APPLY THERE!!! Very hurtfull how the teamleaders and management threat their employees. Do not pay commission when you sale (as said in contract) very unprofessional company!!!

Don't waste your time for this unprofessional company. They go through the hiring process with u and once u get hired then make you wait for the training for 4 weeks, & then after time completion they don't contact.....
