I was looking for a trusted jeweller to reset my engagement diamond in a yellow gold setting and Adam was referred to me by a close family member. I was pretty indecisive about what I wanted initially and I have to say that Adam was so patient and accommodating with me. I had the pleasure of meeting Adam at Luksus Diamonds through my brother-in-law. I emailed him to let him know that I was looking for an engagement ring and that I had no idea what I was doing. Adam was very helpful and friendly! He was very thorough and walked me through every aspect of the process, making sure I understood the different specs and the 4 C's. He helped me pick the specs of the diamond to fit my budget as well as giving input on different design ideas. The ring turned out perfectly and I am so glad I was referred to Luksus Diamonds. I'm so glad I found Luksus. Adam was a pleasure to work with, and the custom engagement ring we designed together is absolutely stunning. Being able to select the perfect diamond made a big difference, and Adam helped immensely with his knowledge and excellent customer service. My fiance LOVES her ring (she said yes!). Adam made me a custom engagement ring and from start to beginning, he was attentive and patient with me. He was easy to work with and took the time to make computer renderings of the exact ring that I wanted to ensure that it was everything that I wanted.
