Found BnB on Google, looking for a reliable garage for an A/C issue that been going on for 3 years. Had it serviced by 2 other garages that could not find the problem that caused me $$$. Martin was able to pinpoint the issue and repair. Very honest and friendly to deal with.Great service! Great Price!Highly recommended!

Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. Martin knows his stuff and is always willing to discuss and explain what is needed (or not needed) and the work involved. He and his crew are truly passionate about cars. Most importantly, I feel completely comfortable recommending this shop to those with no knowledge of cars. I know they will be well treated and never taken advantage of. I'm so glad to have found this shop.

The worst mechanic shop my truck slept at the shop for 3 weeks without it being fixed. Owner claims knowledge of diesel but showed incompetence when it came to it. Do not recommend at all he was learning on my truck not fixing it. Ontop of dishonesty he tried charging me $3,000.

I called Martin yesterday with a tire emergency. He was very accommodating on the phone and told me to come right away. Tire issue was fixed in under an hour. I found a new mechanic and will definitely be back. Great service and very knowledgeable staff.

My friend introduced me to Martin’s BNB after his great experience with BNB. After I experienced Martin’s high quality service for my car, I found Martin is really super professional and responsible for taking care of cars seriously including German cars. Also, he charges very fair price even lower than market. He is addicted to cars, enthusiastic, a very respectful guy I have met, and focuses on his skills. He fixed my BMW accurately and faster than any shops I had visited in Hamilton after I experienced lots of pains from different shops failing to test my car’s no power faults from Buddy BMW. I almost give up after long time services and expenses from other shops. BNB is just as her name ‘Build Not Bought’, she saved my car from selling as garbage. Also, she helps to reduce extra car garbage to protect our surroundings. I appreciate it greatly.

I went here late December 2022, to get a break job done on my Audi Q5 after reading all the positive reviews. The place very much lived up to the expectations of the positive reviews, i loved the fact that i was taken inside the workshop and got a good demonstration of the work that the car required. Will definitely go to BNB for any future car related issues.

Owner was rude to my dad and a liar. This owner had my dad’s sprinter van in the shop for 3 weeks and kept making excuses as to why it didn’t get fixed. The owner brags about being a top tier mechanic but yet couldn’t complete the job and tried over charging my dad for $3,000 for work that was not completed. Such a shame truck was brought in broken and left the shop broken. This owner is dishonest, a liar and incompetent. “Stop complaining like a baby” and “I don’t have time for BS” were his remarks to my dad his customer. Do not recommend for any diesel work.

Took my daughters car in for oil change, oil leak, replace brake light and full inspection. Received a call to pick up vehicle a week after and upon arrival found light wasn't replaced and alignment not done, so my daughter had to wait 45 minutes. We were informed oil leak was from spillage from topping up oil which I did do and Martin said that was were the oil was from. I could have told them that, now today it is still leaking, not very happy with their mechanic. Definitely not a 5 Star business!
