When they did the estimate , he didnt know what he was doing. It was obvious when the plumbers came the next day with a bunch of parts that werent right. Then the mess they made on the side of the house putting in the new vent. Which they had to come back the next day for cause they couldn't get through. Dont you think youd bring the right stuff. Plus we had already taken out the old furnace so all they had to do what the install. I plus they still charged us way to much in my eyes for the shotty work provided. Now I have to get someone to fix the vent outside and pay out of my pocket.

Your plumber saved our life experience!We bought a 1960s home and it had a stench we couldn't find for months, we brought in several experts, scans were done, etc. No one could find the source.Your plumber sussed it out almost right away - bacteria in our floor drain! He suggested putting SeptoBac in warm water for 20 min and pouring down the drain... it WORKED!! So incredibly grateful, thank you.
