Had the a/c unit replaced in a 2004 BMW. Nice and cold now. We had a small hiccup with the a/c belt. They replaced it no problem and no charge. Excellent to deal with!

Had a great experience with Miles Automotive. I knew I needed my rear breaks replaced but wasn't sure the extent of it so I took my car in to the shop (that came highly recomended) and Jeff called me along the way to keep me updated with the work and he also took the time to explain everything they were doing as well as laid out all my options in front of me. He went over cost benefits as well as what needed to be prioritized in terms of safety, which helped me make an informed decision as to what was the best plan of action. He also did his best to keep the costs low and there were no surprise fees which was greatly appreciated. Will definitely continue to use this shop.

When i went in to book an appointment for a basic oil change on my for sedan, i was told it would be $200.00 I was told it needed a synthetic oil filter witch is NOT needed for my sedan. Two of the people that work with this place TREAT PARKSVILLE as there personal race track speeding through town like they own the place :-( IF this is how they treat our TOWN and there CUSTOMERS that is very SAD practice

Funny Story! Miles Automotive was recommended to me by a client that was getting warranty work done on his new European auto inside the service department of a European dealership. He highly recommended them as he was a previous client for his older British vehicle. I gave Miles Auto a try and guess what? Wow, great service, beat the European dealership price by a long shot and they were knowledgeable and professional completing the job in record time. Even repairing a previous headlight issue that was incorrectly done at the dealership that I paid premium dollar for. I will return to Miles Automotive in Parksville for my European car repairs. My newly purchased RV was sent over to Miles for a detailed and exhaustive inspection as part of the legal requirement on the part of the RV company to get me out safely on the road. The service was superb! The inspection covered every angle imaginable in terms of overall condition and safety. All the staff I came into contact with treated me with 100% friendliness and warm welcome. In particular, I would like to recognize Jeff who provided me with outstanding service and individual attention/who went over with me the entire inspection report to ensure I had understood everything; and Brian who was on me immediately upon arriving on the lot to have something checked out (I had made an appointment but he just came out and dealt with it on the spot.) In summary, I trust the staff and would deal with them again in a heartbeat.
