If I could give 100 stars I would. Lynn is nothing short of AMAZING! Literally sitting here right now have the best pedicure of my life!!

The absolute best place to go for manicures and pedicures! Friendly professional staff, extremely clean environment! Beautiful nails that last! I would not trust anyone else but Chrysalis Nails!

I went to get a pedicure after a long day of landscaping work and It felt amazing! Kim did my pedicure and also had great conversation. I felt right at home and I’ll be going back for a massage.

They do a great job but it is difficult to get that pampered feel. There’s usually News playing on the tv, hearing about violence on the ttc is not what you want when getting your nails done. They also don’t even look at you or smile, say hi or bye, which makes the experience less personal.That said, they do a great job and the prices are decent.

This is the only nail salon I go to, I’ve never been disappointed and everyone is friendly. They are gentle, take their time, focus on details, make sure everything is even & looks good. I always get a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails & shellac pedicure. I’ve gotten my eyebrows done here as well and they didn’t over do it at all I was very happy with how they looked. I would definitely recommend coming here!

It is a clean nail salon and they try their best to accommodate your appointment even when it’s last minute. Good at recreating the designs you show them, it could even end up better.

This is probably the worst nail salon I’ve been to yet. I never leave negative reviews but the service here was atrocious. My friend and I arrived for our appointment and both technicians started working on us for our manicures and pedicures. After working on us for no more than 10 minutes, two more customers show up for full acrylic sets. The technicians stop working on my friend and I (who had appointments) and proceeded to start working on these two walk ins. During our visit they went back and forth between the four of us. At some point during our visit they then accepted a wax walk in which stalled our appointment even more. The two girls who showed up for acrylic sets left before we did. All in all the appointment ended up taking over 3 hours. This wasn’t even the main issue, though was very frustrating. I got my nails done as I was going on vacation for a wedding. The manicure set lasted 2.5 days. I spent $100 for a shellac manicure and pedicure that only lasted 2.5 days. Worst part is when it started to chip I was already out of the country so I couldn’t go back in for a refund. There are so many better salons in the area but I decided to try this place as my friend had originally recommended it. These were the big concerns though there were others.

Just here to say how impressed I am by how quickly I was able to be fit in and then what a top notch quality job that was done on both manicure and pedicure. This is 20 days later from shellac. Looks brand new besides the growth and. Few scuff marks from my own doing.

This nail salon is amazing! I moved to Oshawa last year and tried a few other salons in the area but I settled on this one because I love Kim, Jen, the quality of their work and the massage chairs work so well! I've never left unsatisfied! I just tried dip nails for the first time to strengthen my nails and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm going back with a wedding party in July!

I had been looking for a new nail salon and I am so happy to have found Chrysalis! Kim was fantastic! She accommodated me last minute and did an excellent job! She is also super nice! Great customer service! I’m happy to say, I have found my new go-to nail salon! I highly recommend getting your mani and pedi done with her! Thanks so much Kim!
