UPDATE: Thank you to the team, who provided me with a half refund without me having to return to the spa. It made it a very simple process. Again, great customer service which is really appreciated!!I won't be coming back for a manicure anytime soon. The technician was very apologetic on how my nails turned out. I tipped her because I appreciated her time and energy, but this manicure was not worth the time or price. Giving 2 stars for the nice atmosphere and friendly customer service... And that's about it.

My best friend and I had the most wonderful spa day at Spa Botanica. We started off with a hot stone massage, followed by a facial, pedicure and manicure. This is a very restful, peaceful place which has clearly been built with a lot of love and attention to detail. We also shared a delicious charcuterie board and two glasses of champagne...highly recommend!! Breanne and Gurwinder took excellent care of us...friendly, professional and very sweet. Very rejuvenating and relaxing experience.

I have been getting the OM facial for a few years now and absolutely love it. Gabrielle is my go to, she does an amazing job! She’s also so nice and fun to chat with.Highly recommend if you want a great facial :)

I just had a really wonderful pedicure and overall experience! It’s very clean and had a really nice aroma floating through the air. They have relaxing music playing as soon as you walk in. It’s a great place to leave your worries behind! There’s great plant energy here too! The staff I encountered were all lovely, warm and welcoming. I was very well taken care of.I can’t wait to come back!

I always enjoy my experience at Spa Botanica. The atmosphere is a calming one with a very pleasant staff. I usually go there before a trip away for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. They are always improving their services.

The best service! After going for the couples massage with my husband, we thoroughly enjoyed the service. And the next opportunity we got, we sent my parents for a SPA date night and they loved every part of their experience. Will surely be going back
