I can't say enough good things about Rosario and everyone else at Bentons. The customer service and professionalism was absolutely above and beyond anything I have experienced. The first time I went in looking for a suit to wear to my wedding, Rosario was closing up for the day and he reopened just to show me some options, and even told me where I could probably find the same suit in my size that day. Rosario worked with my schedule and had everything ordered in quickly if he didn't already have it in the shop. The attention to detail was next level to make sure I looked my best; buttons on the shirt the wrong colour, no problem we'll change the buttons" (done right there in no time at all). I've never had a suit fit so well

Rosario and Carla offer an excellent costumer experience. Loads of great casual and work oriented clothing options. Since the pandemic I have not been in, but sure am glad their business survived. I wish them well.

Great products, excellent service, and on-point advice. This is the only place I would recommend in Ottawa to buy a blazer, wool coat, dress pants, suit, or a sharp-looking shirt.

The absolute best customer service I've experienced in my life. Professional, attentive, made sure I was fully satisfied with everything I purchased. Everything was tailored and adjusted at my request free of additional charge. Bentons, and Rosario specifically, came highly recommended from multiple colleagues and I will say without hesitation I couldn't be happier with the results.

I had a bit of an emergency, didn't fit my pre-covid dress pants. First day in the office and figured I'd pop by and see if I could get a new set of pants. Great service, and he put a rush on the trailering so I could leave town after 4 this evening. I highly recommend Benton's, great experience, I'll be back next time I need more dress clothes.
