Rude. Asked if they had an opening and told me the closing time and just left me standing there and people staring at me. Embarrassing on their part. Don't waste your time!!

I've been to all of the nails salons in Spruce Grove and Jenny of Q-Nails Tri Leisure Village is the best one I've had. I would never go anywhere else! Hands down!

Went in for a fill and a new design. Nails were horrible. I was cut twice, rushed and had her redo them as they were NOT correct. Would have been easier if she just told me she couldn’t do it. I was charged $70 for this and had to have them redone elsewhere. Never returning!

Just done another hand and pedi today and I honestly loveeeee the finishing result! Van and Tina did amazing job. Yes totally recommend this place. Nice staffs.

I had come in to ask for gel French manicure. She gave me pink nails and kept saying chrome nails I said no I would like French manicure no pink no chrome. She didn’t listen at all and gave me white nails. I was charged the 65.00 for them. She told this isn’t her actual work and to come back and she would redo them. Came back and wanted me to pay for her mistake and redo.Sorry but I will don’t go back again. That isn’t very good professional business at all.

Came in for a last minute appointment to get a new set of nails done, because my usual spa was booked up. I asked for a gel overlay and the whole experience was rushed and messy. Within a week 4 of my nails broke off. I have been getting my nails done for almost a year straight and in one appointment they have ruined my natural nails.

Went in the get my nails painted. She asked if I wanted my cuticles fixed up. I agreed not knowing that meant my fingers would be bleeding from her literally cutting my skin. On top of that the polish isn't even good. Do not recommend.
