I called this company because they came up as one of the top 3 companies in Guelph for appliance repair. I first called them Friday Oct 22nd. I spoke with a lady who took all my info and said she would pass it along and someone would be calling me back. No response so I called again on Wednesday 27 Oct and spoke to, I believe the same lady, and told her I still hadn’t heard from anyone. She was totally unconcerned and gave me the attitude that my call was so not important to her. I gave her the information yet again and was told the same thing about someone calling me back. Here it is Friday 10:45 and no call. I called them yet again and got a voicemail that has a full mailbox so I cannot even leave a message. I’ve wasted a week now with a broken dishwasher because I wanted to give this company time to do their job. Even if you are a really busy company you could at least call back and give me an appointment or tell me your schedule Is too full to accommodate my repair instead of wasting my time. I believe it’s time to move on to a company who values their customers and gives them a timely response.

I list that they performed a service when really they have just wasted our time and told us time and again that they will fix our dryer or call us back. It has been a absolute waste of time and effort dealing with this company. There are 6 people in our household, with a dryer with a gas leak. If they would at least say they CAN NOT fix it then we would have a new dryer by now. I am beyond frustrated dealing with Tech Backwards, either you know how to fix something or you don't you don't just not respond to clients.
