I think it's more of a fashion accessory store rather than an actual optometry store. The brand's wooden frames are a bust - they cannot be adjusted properly by any lens store. The return policy is atrocious. Ultimately I made the wrong choice in the frame so I can't say much about their lens quality, but I felt locked into buying the frame and taking a loss since I saw very poor reviews in the lens production. But the frame is very cute. The workers are university students and cannot really help you in terms of adjustments on your glasses.

Anqi was absolutely amazing and her service was excellent. She was able to help me find what I was looking for and provided me great suggestions. I would come back again just for her. She was also super patience.

i’ve bought 4 pairs of glasses (not because they broke but because i either lost them or i wanted a new pair) over the past 8 or so years and they’ve all been top quality frames. & the staff there are always very friendly :)

Was at the food court in the mall and my lens fell out, lost 2 screws. Went into the place and after looking for a good 10 minutes she found 2 that matched. She cleaned them and did not charge. Thank you ever so much. Nice to see there are still great people around.

I went in on 4 different occasions and called 3 times to check stock and pricing in the span of about a month and got different price quotes for the same pair of glasses with my same prescription. I really loved the pair I saw and initially they had stock but the price was too high, so I mulled it over for a day and went back to get them. They said no stock left but they'd give me a discount on a different pair. I considered but decided against it. They said to call or drop by, because they don't know when they get stock. This went on for a few weeks or so, where they'd say there's stock and I'd arrive and they'd not be the same pair or code. Towards the end of the month, I had given up hope, but happened to walk by with my cousins and saw them in the window. I went in to ask and they had them.Although they were not out right rude, some of the staff seem to simply not want to be there. At the end the young associate said she'd check but was really playing a game on her phone, I think she forgot she was in front of a mirror. After a quick minute, I just told her to enjoy her game and moved to the older associate and asked her to help me instead. I was very excited to find it was in stock, she went back and showed me the frames while the younger associate stomped around in the background, but when she entered the prescription and all the original specs... It was increased by over half of the original price. I told her the original price I was quoted and she said impossible"

Very good experience, the staff is very patient and very professional. The frames are very comfortable and the lenses are the right prescription. I will always get my glasses from here in the future！

I got all my glasses from this store since 2017. They always have new styles. The staff always recommend the frames that suitable for you face shape and different from others. The prices is very reasonable and easy process with the insurance. Highly recommend this store for getting your glasses!

I bought one sunglasses and one frame glasses both with prescription. They gave me a reasonable discount which is great. The sales are knowledgeable and helpful. Mujosh is best sale for its design with a good quality and comparable price than other named brands, as far as I know.Their sales are clearly knowing their products and they will mention their store policy ahead of time just in case some people needs to return or exchange.I would recommend this store to my colleagues and friends, also thank you all for sanitized all the frames after people wearing and you guys are all wearing masks to help us. I appreciate that.

I’ve been got several pairs of glasses from Mujosh since 2019. They always have new styles coming up and sales associate is very helpful to recommend the one that suitable for you. Highly recommend!

Last week, I came this store and purchased two pairs of glasses. One prescription glasses and one sunglasses. I love these unique glasses. And they helped me to adjust the nose pads more than twice until I feel comfortable! That is so sweet. I will recommend this place to my friends!
