My fiancé Nick and I went in needing new phones, phone numbers and contracts. (As everyone knows this takes some time and patience) Shane was absolutely amazing, he had endless patience and answered every question we had. Justin was also super helpful as well. Would give this store a 0 star rating if I could . Walked in, not greeted in a polite manner or with a smile at all. Extremely ignorant man , not willing to help.Asked about rate plans , and told an obscene price , wayyyyyy more then I’m paying now with another provider, and wasn’t even offered solutions , basically said don’t let the door hit ya on the way out ! Telus is a joke, and and this store is an even bigger one ! Wouldn’t recommend!

Excellent service ...was knowledgable and professional and very nice to deal with. Dealt with my new service and helped me with other options that were suitable.
