Park9 Pearson YYZ- Dog Playcare. Spa. Resort

I have been taking my dog here since 2015 and he always loves to go.They take excellent care of all the animals in their care.If I could alter something it would be the following:I'd give the staff comfy chairs to sit in while in the play rooms with the dogs, the dogs watch the staff as they are always standing--they seem to anticipate something happening. I think if staff could sit down the dogs would relax more and not be waiting for something to happen.I'd also add more dog beds to the play rooms so that the dogs have a soft spot to lay on (my dog is 10). There are some beds that are up off the ground but not a lot. My dog has never used these, I don't think he realizes he is allowed as he isn't allowed on furniture at home.It's a very positive, happy, safe environment. :)

This is my second time bringing my cat for boarding and every single time I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the environment. The place itself is very clean and spacious. The staff is very caring and they really look after your pets, they take pictures, the play with them and really make it easy for them to stay there. I’m so happy I found this place, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Brought our 11-month old puppy for a (required) ‘Meet and Greet’ prior to overnight boarding for the first time. The Pearson facility is convenient (if you are flying), spacious and has every amenity a dog could dream of- the pool is a nice touch! The staff have been very helpful, friendly and efficient both on the phone and in person- which is much appreciated during our first experience with boarding. During his ‘Meet and Greet’ they thoroughly asked questions to get to know our pup and brought him into the play room with a gradual introduction of dogs (starting with one to a full house!) which we could watch from the window. Our puppy loved his trial play time (he didn’t want to leave) and the staff, so we are more than comfortable leaving him in Park9s care during our vacation. Will review again after his stay! We're so glad we found this place for our boy(Bunny). We were so worried at first if Bunny is gonna settled down here or not. But with such a good care and love he was doing so good.This is the best resorts for pets. Bonus point is that you can see your dog live throughout the day. They have great rooms/suite to sleep and with webcams facility.Staff is approachable and very responsive. We could see that Bunny was so happy when we came to pick him up. Thank you so much for taking care of Bunny!You can see smiles in pictures :)

We absolutely LOVE Park9! Both of our dogs have been here and our puppy has become a weekly visitor! The staff are so loving towards the dogs and they are always so helpful and kind! My dog is always so happy when she comes home and runs right in as soon as we park! I love the live webcam features and the report cards after every visit! 10/10 would recommend!

Very professionally run, clean place. The staff are very knowledgeable and the dogs have ample room to run around both indoor and outdoor. They also have swimming pool and guests get water play time. Rooms are big and have glass doors which helps alleviate the feeling of being locked in. Highly recommend for daycare, boarding

My dog have been going to Park9 for at least 6 months for doggy daycare. And he absolutely loves it. Sometimes I feel like he loves the staffs there more than me because when I pick him up he doesn’t wanna go home.Great Job team!

What a place for pups and cats!! As a first time pet parent, I was really nervous to leave my 5 months old pup and cat for overnight boarding for 4 days. Although my pup is a regular at the day care and loves it there. The staff was prompt in sharing updates and pictures with us. And the pictures reglected how happy our pets are when they are at this awesome resort. The staff is really good in taking care of our family members as one of their own. They really know their job and are utmost professional.It’s the best one can ask for their pets.

I definitely recommend Park9 to everyone. My wife and I were looking a lot to find a safe and fun place for our boy(Milo) to stay there whenever we are in vacation for several days. Finally we found this place and Park9 worked with us to make sure he was comfortable and prepared to stay for several nights away from home. It was a great success. The webcam and photo updates provided great peace of mind and also all staffs are so welcome and kind. We have already decided to send Milo several times per months to Park9 daycare to has more socializing with other dogs even this place is so far from our home.

We're so glad we found this place to our girl. Since the first contact I knew she'd be in good hands.For the owners and for the dogs, that's definitely the best dog resort I could ever find.As a dog owner I got amazed with the problem-solving approach of all staff. They are very well prepared to help us with ANYTHING. When I even thought I had an issue, they came with a solution right away.For the dogs I don't even need to say. They really understand the dogs and do all they can to accommodate every particularity.Highlights for us:- outside time the dogs have 4x day (bonus point!)- staff are very responsive (bonus point!)- the staff sit down with the dogs in the playroom sometimes in a day (that was good for Rilla as she got the time to rest as well. Otherwise, she'd follow the leader all day haha)- 7 days week and flexibility with pick-up- the suite options- the nice report with pictures (bonus point!)Thank you Park9 for taking care of our girl while we were away.
