Shoppers Drug Mart

I just went to recharge my Presto. Went round the store twice just to find an attendant. Finally found someone at the pharmacy who sent me to boutique who called the guy at the cash register and sent me there. The guy who came at the cash register was rude as hell. Just an advice for you my friend, if you dont like the job and dealing with customer, then just dont do it. Its so easy. There are jobs where you can be grumpy the whole day and no one will bat an eye. But that job is not customer service. If the manager wants to find out who that guy was, just check who was at the cashier's register at around 12 50 today. Adios

This store passed my credit on to a shoppers gift card. It turned out to be a fraudulent/tampered gift card. They selected the card, they passed the credit onto the card. Now they say speak to customer service and customer service says speak to the store.Tired of the lies and the fact that they dont take responsibility for their error.

Showed up right at store opening to pick up a much needed prescription only to be told that they could not open due to the pharmacist not coming in. Understanding that life happens but why is there no back up plan??? This is not the first time I’ve have had issues dealing the pharmacy counter at Shoppers. I guess it’s time to take my business to Rexall….

I went to shoppers a manager with the name Gearge was yelling at a costumer and she looked scared because of the way he wouldn’t leave her alone when she tried to speak to another manager. I was very worried for her. This was very unprofessional and I think he should be reprimanded this is unsatisfactory

Excellent service. Shoppers cashier was super nice! Pharmacist was also very caring and had given us the appropriate guidance when an antibiotic was not available. I would highly suggest their service!

Horrible Management. If I could give zero stars I would. Gearge the manager is a horrible person. Swears at customers. Gives zero respect. He Should be Replaced and never given a manager position anywhere.

This is the WORST experience I had ever experienced in the Shoppers beauty boutique. The manager ALMA Hernandez is very rude. They put the wrong label in the shelf for the wrong product. The price is not mach while I pay for the product. While I request an explanation about it, she instated the product has some other price label but it was missing which is not their fault. It is my fault cause did not check with advisor for the price. I claimed name on the label is match with the product, she said I should check the bar code, or find the product somewhere else have a different label. I was tired of she keep on saying it is not their fault, since I am pregnancy and feedback the indifference attitude. I said this is not customers responsibility to make sure the label is correct and in the right place, she kick back said it is not their responsibility as while, which is ridiculous! When I want to take pics to buy the product online to make sure the price is correct, she questions me why you took pic for those products in a very rude way. Obviously, I am not trust this store anymore. THAT'S YOUR JOB!!! I was so frustrated of this experience. My suggestion is DON'T COME TO THIS SHOPPERS FOR SHOPPING any cosmetic product.

My experience with this location is horrible. We went on Feb 11 and the dude who helped us, Henry is pretty much an.. I should say he provided the worst customer service.1) If he's trained to take passport photo, he should've know what passport offices' requirements on it. Yes, he showed us after he took it but he should know better than us what's correct" photo. Anyways

I was working there as a beauty specialistAnd I was doing my job perfectly I tried my best and they could see how much sales I hadBut one of my colleagues was very rude to me and tried to convince my supervisor his name was Jerard I Was rudeHowever, I was doing my jobBut after I explained everything to everybody and I said because no one was there plz see the cameraThey said nooooThe camera does not record voiceThey just step her side and insulted meAnd then the manager told me you are fired!!!!I tried to explain cause no one was there they could check the camera but they didn't want toI just check the policy and it says when they fire someone they has to pay him or her 24 monthI sent text message for the manager but she saw that and didn't give me a responseI'm so happy to see here all the commentsSo this store had an extremely problems alwaysI'm very happy to don't work there anymoreBut I got a lawyer will see what's gonna happen

visit this location yesterday in fragrance section. Girl over there with beautiful smile treaded us well and help us to find out perfume we were looking for. Unfortunately forgot to ask her name. Thnx for the help keep smiling
