Vector Geomatics Land Surveying Ltd.

This review is an accurate account of my experience with this firm. We chose to have our survey completed by them as the initial subdivision surveying was done by them as well.We had paid a deposit and our work was set to complete in 3 weeks time. On the 4th day (wasted), I was sent an email stating they will no longer be able to complete our project due to “unforeseen circumstances”.Apart from the fact they have now delayed my project for 4 days unnecessarily , I called in to inquire regarding these unforeseen circumstances. I was told that they have a contract with another “bigger” client for 3 years (they are 1.5 years in to this contract), that the client called and now they have to do their work, and drop our project.Thank you for letting us know that: 1) small local clients don’t matter to your business, especially after you’ve made a commitment and received a deposit for the work and b) how are these “unforeseen circumstances? You state you’re half way through your 3 year contract.I will not be returning or recommending anyone for these reasons.
