I recently broke my frames (the nose bridge got pushed in) and Annie the store manager was the one who helped me. She was able to fix them in couple of minutes and even aligned and cleaned them for me without asking!Great customer service! Highly recommend this location!

I have been a customer at this clinic for three years and I have always received the best service from Annie. She helped me pick the frame that suited me the most a year ago and I had to change the lense again this year so she gave me the best deal and made the effort to order me the same frame I am wearing from other locations just to make sure I leave happy and satisfied with my choice as I was worried about not finding the same frame again. I was not aware that I would pay less if I purchase the frame again, but she educated me well to get the best deal.Thank you Annie for your service and for recognizing my loyalty to your location.

Amazing staff! Absolutely 5 stars for the professional and firiendly staff who know how to cater their customers needs! The wide variety of glasses made it hard to choose the perfect pair, but Zolli was exceptionally nice and spent a considerable amount of time helping me find the right fit for my face!They were pretty quick in getting my glasses ready(3 pairs in a week) and Anne did an excellent job of properly adjusting them to my liking!Well done ladies!I give the 4-stars to my glasses, because I expereinced some discomfort with them as they are way heavier than my old pairs and caused a slight mark on my nose which I'd never expereinced before. it was hard to notice it during my initial try-on at the store, and after a while wearing them, it is hard for me to wear my new pairs all the time and I need to sometimes switch back to my old glasses. A bit late though, now I know that the weight factor is as important as how they fit your face!

I had an amazing experience with Hakim Optical in Richmond Hill.In my first visit Dr. Sivarupan did the eye exam for me. He was professional. He not only examined my eyes, but also explained in detail some of vision terms and how the eyes work. I learned a lot from him.My second visit was to choose the frames and lens. Kate helped a lot! First she advised me the frames choice range based on my prescription. With her help, I tried many different frames until finding the one which fits me the best. I was very impressed with her patience and friendliness.My 3rd visit today was to pick up my new glasses. Annie and Zoly were very experienced and helpful. One of my new glasses frames didn't fit my face very well. They quickly identified the root cause and fixed the issue until I was fully satisfied with it. They also kindly gave me some tips on how to take care of the new glasses. I can tell they care customers.On the whole I’m happy with the whole team's high quality service. Definitely I will recommend this store to my friends.

I went to Optical Hakim Richmond Hill, and I totally recommend to anyone. They have beautiful pairs of glasses and great service. I’ve never had such great service before, I love coming here especially to see Annie the manager and zouli (hope I wrote it correct:). I’ve been many stores before and they can not compete with this location. They are so friendly and very professional. Definitely will stick with them, never going to any other. Great store!

Some of the best glasses i ever got. I can read 3 and 4 pt on packaging and they had a huge selection of glasses. They made them onsite. I got the fist pair in about 3 weeks and the second pair in 4 weeks. Worth the wait.

I went to Hakim Optical to get contact lenses for the first time. I must say that I was quite nervous as I had never tried one and the idea of inserting something into my eye made me uncomfortable. I went in for a fitting & training" session. Annie (the store manager) is the one who actually does both the fitting & training. She was really kind

Hakim optical in Richmond Hill is a great place with wonderful staff. They are very friendly and helpful. It was my first time to buy contact lens and Ms. Annie Zoly kindly took time to give me necessary information and taught me how to wear lens. The quality of lenses are perfect and comfortable in the eyes. They look so natural as well. I thank them, especially Ms. Zoly, and happy with my purchase. Surely I will go back to them again.
