I had a very bad experience with Dre Desjardins. Poor knowledge, makes patient confused and not ponctuel. I don't recommend her ever.But The staff was nice.I should mention that I was there three, four times and about three years ago.

Very happy with this clinque. Its my second pregnancy and evey followup has been quik and easy. They send you reminders by text and email so you don't forget.

Dr. Was professional and attentive. Like the other comments below. The admin nurses (sec. Of the Drs.) are patient and clearly explain and take the time to review details, and knowledgeable on the tests and processes in place, they are efficient and remain attentive to details.However, the interactions with secretary staff is so negative that the entire process becomes negative.In person the secretaries at the front are unprofessional borderline rude, while waiting you also hear the negative interactions these are having on the phone.The secretary advised a caller they dialled the incorrect option and told her to hang up and call again and select the correct option.I rated four stars as with pandemic keeping staff and hiring staff has been an issue for many places, the medical field is a difficult one. But this is a detail that was unpleasant and shouldn’t reflect on the Drs and nurses and their personal administrators.There is a minimum of customer service that should be upheld at the front entrance.I had a question for covid 19 vaccination and was demeaned by the secretary staff for calling. But then transferred me to a Drs secretary. This individual was kind, put me on hold to obtain correct information.

Horrible , not organize clinic.If you are not pregnant, and you dont get arpointment for anything else about woman body.They treat their patient without respect, just horrible ...I will never go back to this butcher hohl.

Still new in my pregnancy, but my first few experiences at the clinic left a lot to be desired. My first appointment" was just to obtain information. I didn't have to wait very long

I’ve visited here 2 times for my pregnancy. Dre Desjardins and the staffs are super nice and considerate. I have unavoidable long vacation and they even made plan B for me for the check up when I’m not available to get the appointment. : )

1 star cause I had no choice....if I could give 0 stars I would.Dr is amazing...secretaries are really clueless and lack customer service. I had been left 2 voice mails. One saying that the secretary had forgotten to give me papers. The other one was for my next appointment. Go to get the papers missing...there was no papers to get. As for my appointment the secretary had said the wrong date. 2 times I had to displace my self to go to the clinic both times a mistake on the part of the secretary. Very frustrating. On top of all this the secretary at the front desk is extremely cold and rude. When she gave me my appointment to make up for the appointment that they had messed up, she doesn't even ask me if it was okay that day. Doesn't say sorry for the mistake nothing. Really disappointed.

This clinic is very clean. Impeccable service by the wonderful staff members. Highly recommend!
