They have come twice to fix a major applience. The first time they fixed it I was pleased with the result although they were supposed to come back to do one more thing to it but they never did. The following year I had to call them again for the same appliance. This time they did what they hadn't done the year before. I have called since a lot of times for a different problem leaving messages and they never get back to me. A bit unprofessional in my opinion.

Great service!!!! They were able to come fix my oven right away. The work was exceptional and they price was very reasonable. They saved us a lot of money compared to other places. Would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anybody.

Carl was awesome! He diagnosed and gave great advise on how to fix our fridge, he even came as soon as the piece came in which happened to be a Saturday! It was very appreciated that we didn’t have to wait till Monday to have a functioning fridge again!
