been coming here since I was a baby, 23 years and have no complaints. love the central booking system, not all clinics have this.urgent care usually quite prompt for today’s standards, lifelabs is on site and easy to access. all my needs are always looked after at this clinic. thank you to the staff at glazier that always make it a pleasant experience.

Usually don't have to wait long to see Dr. Parray. She is efficient, courteous, friendly and appears to care about me and my ailments. The times I have had to wait are only when I don't have an appointment and she is in the office. The clinic has very good hours and it is first come first served. I have been there many times before I had a doctor here. Sometimes you have to wait awhile but that is expected. The receptionist both at the clinic and Dr. Parray's office are friendly, courteous and efficient. What I also like is that they have nurses there who can look at dressings and can give innoculations ordered by the doctor. I have never had a problem at the Glacier. Even the parking is reasonable.

...bad experience today in my over 20 years of coming to this place...Dr. Murugesuppillai, a fairly new doctor decided she wanted to enforce her ideologies on me regarding doctor's notes and refused to help me because I disagreed with her...that is my right! Because of this she said she refused to help me and told me to leave and stormed out. I had to go to another clinic to obtain my note which I did without incident. This action which she tried to justify by saying I was rude" (I even told her I agreed with her but unfortunately my work does not) embarrassed me in front of everyone and humiliatited me. I don't know if I want to go back to Glazier now."

Have been waiting for 3 almost 4 days for doctor to renew medication refill. It would be relieving to know when I will be able to refill a daily medication as it's been 2 days now without it. Complete neglect for patient care. Ridiculous

What a Mickey Mouse clinic. My wife went to the Chiropodist (who shall remain nameless as I don't want to be sued) for an ingrown toenail & to have her other nails clipped. He cut the ingrown nail & my wife asked if he could clip the others. He said he was not a nail clipper & said you haven't been here for over a year & accused her of doing her own nails. Maybe it's because getting her nails cut when there is no medical reason is cheaper somewhere that give pedicures. He said himself that he is not a nail clipper so why is he upset when when people go elsewhere when they don't have a medical issue? Seems to me that he has contradicted himself. He was quite rude about it & my wife won't be going back. Not only that, if they want people to wear masks maybe they should supply them!

Where to start?From bed side manner, to actual treatment. This place is horrible. Take it from someone who’s gone to this clinic for almost 20 years. It’s changed significantly and NOT for the better.This clinic plays by its own rules, excessively rude about implementing them at that. You’ll notice quite quickly the quality of other clinics exceeds this place, hands down.I’ve been back and forth over the last six months with absolutely no communications from them. When mine are made, they’re entirely ignored. Leaving my trips rendered useless as I’m now being forced into emerg at the hospital due to their neglect.I’ve watched them disrespect people with disability, people with obvious mental health struggles and physical impairments.It is astonishing to me that this place is up and running. Someone needs to publicize the treatment of patients within that clinic. The lack of fulfilment of moral and ethical duties by all staff I’ve witnessed, within urgent care very specifically.A lot of the behaviours you will witness and endure here are in fact abusive. If this is how I’m seeing it from a fully able body’s perspective I can’t possibly imagine the way they would abuse and neglect other patients who are less likely to speak up for themselves.Do yourself and your family a favour. Go somewhere else. Every family doctor I have EVER had in this clinic has left soon after, to other clinics. Clinics I have to admit are much better establishments.Loyalty doesn’t pay. Stay away!!!!

Urgent care receptionist is extremely rude and on a power trip. Fotini the clinic administrator as they don’t have a CEO apparently is not worth talking to. Clinic going down hill fast

My son was diagnosed with Autism and needed a CBC done. I wasn’t sure how he was going to take it, but Farheen and Claude made the experience amazing! My son didn’t even flinch, Claude was distracting him by talking to him. They were both telling him what a great job he was doing! Farheen also helped me with paperwork that needed to be filled out that I wasn’t aware of, thank you for catching that. My sons paediatrician said he’s going to need another CBC done, so I’ll definitely be requesting them! I can’t thank you both enough for making us feel comfortable and making it painless for my son.I also wanted to mention Dr. Hanna, he’s our family doctor and he is amazing! He goes over and beyond making sure we are well taken care of.And Marla his receptionist, she’s incredible!

Absolutely AWFUL. They never answer the phone. I had myself and a family member call. At least an hour later we finally got someone to pick up the phone after saying you’re in “position 1”. Absolutely unprofessional, I made an appointment for 11:30…I got a call that THEY MOVED MY APPOINTMENT. to 10;40. I’ve been hospitalized multiple times and even my personal family doctor doesn’t seem to take a second look at me when I ask her what’s wrong. Please don’t do here for the sake of your health. Not even bad service, you could risk missing major health issues like I did because they don’t care.
