Cyclone Spin Studio

I’ve been going to Cyclone for a couple of months now since I moved back to Kitchener and it has been amazing! I started spin about 4 months before and I can see how much going to cyclone has made me a stronger rider :) Everyone is super sweet and lovely to chat to after or before a ride. I couldn’t imagine going to any other place in the K-W area!

This spin studio is seriously the best. Everything I look for in a workout community. The owner, Erika is so pleasant and friendly and the front desk staff are always welcoming and excited to have you there. They help you with bike setup and beginner options if you’re a first time rider and they challenge you with high options as an experienced rider. The facilities are clean and great, I especially love the Dyson hair dryers in the changerooms and eucalyptus face cloth after the ride! Lots of class and music options, I even participated in a postpartum class after having my first baby. Was a great way to get re-motivated.Highly recommend!!!

Initially I was intimidated of joining a spin studio, but I’m so happy I did! The team is so welcoming and take the time to get to know everyone who comes through the door. My confidence and physical abilities have improved from the positive environment cyclone has. I strongly recommend cyclone to any of my friends who are looking to get into cycling.

I've been riding at Cyclone for a few months now and it has quickly become one of my favorite places to be! The instructors are amazing, they challenge you to push your limits, motivate you and empower you, no matter level you are at. The entire staff are so inclusive, welcoming, and are so informative to provide you with everything you need for your ride. The studio atmosphere is such a vibe, beats loud and lights low, it is such a unique experience compared to your average workout. Even though its one heck of a workout, I always leave feeling so good, strong and motivated!

Absolutely LOVE coming here. All of the instructors are so amazing! There’s tons of fun rides with great themes. One of my favourite places to be!

Months ago, my partner suggested we try out a class at Cyclone and I've been addicted ever since. Spin has become such an essential part of my weekly routine and I couldn't imagine it in a more positive and welcoming environment. Classes can be inspirational, with motivational words from instructors that stay with you long after class is over. Classes can also feel like fun-filled dance parties with choreography to move with. Whether resistance, speed, form or tempo, there is always a new goal to work towards. Every trip to Cyclone has been worth it and it's always one of the biggest highlights of my day!

A friend introduced me to cyclone spin studio earlier this year and I've been loving it ever since! The studio has the kindest staff and instructors while their classes have amazing music and vibes :) Started off not being able to finish a class to doing multiple class a day in a couple of months!

I just finished 100 rides at this studio. Spin was an option I turned to, because I injured my hand and had to stop bootcamp -- unable to put pressure, lift anything or even do a pushup. I was impressed with the challenge -- not just cardio, but mental and (if you use good form) also core toughness. Now I am pregnant and going to this studio is a happy place, an escape from the limitations and long list of bodily transformations, where I really am able to participate with a single mind... not think about anything else but my workout. Every instructor is worth attending, and the times are frequent and convenient. They have fun themes to the playlists and I guarantee it is impossible to be bored.

I started attending this spin studio a little over 3 months ago and I’m truly captivated by how caring and charismatic with everyone who works there! Right from the start, they are all very welcoming and friendly and help you out on your first couple rides til you’re comfortable. Love this community and how much of a difference it makes me day! Definitely the best part of my day getting a good sweat and enjoying it with the most supportive community.
