Dec 26. Pincher Creek Brick was great. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I liked the fact they didn’t pressure us. They answered our questions and gave us time to think and look. Happy with the appliances we decided on. I will definitely shop there again

The Brick in Pincher Creek is fantastic they have great customer service and have a great selection of products to choose from. And it only took three days to get my washer and dryer in. Alexa was wonderful she answered all our questions and helped us make the decision as to make and model.

I ordered a futon/couch online. Within a day I was contacted by the Brick in Pincher Creek. So cordial and helpful. Angie Hannigan was so cheerful on the phone. Manager and other employees are wonderful as well. Very pleased with how I was treated.

We just stopped in to see what the pincher creek brick had for beds not at all intending on purchasing anything that day. Angie was so very helpful. Her knowledge of all the products in the store is amazing! Angie helped us find what we were looking for and a bit more! She made us feel comfortable, answered all of our questions and made the whole experience wonderful. Angie seemed to grasp our needs and was so patient & friendly throughout the whole process. There was no hard sell and we were very impressed with the ease Angie was able to make this shopping experience so pleasant. We would not hesitate to contact Angie the next time we need anything. Roberta helped us get a great deal on a new washing machine and dryer. Lucky to have the Brick in our little town.
