Been renting cars from this location for awhile now. Customer service is top notch and their carsare always new and in excellent condition. Definitely will be renting from them again in the future.

50 person wedding party was dropped off and we've been waiting for 90 mins now to be picked up. We're stranded and the owner has no idea where his driver is. 1 star is too much

We booked the 30 person limo bus for our wedding. On the day of our wedding, the limo driver showed up with a 24 person limo bus. I asked the driver where the 30 person limo bus we booked was, and he told me that it was getting fixed and will be ready to pick us up from the church after the ceremony, but he would use the 24 person limo bus to drive both bridal parties to the church. We did not receive any call prior to the limo arriving to notify us of this change.After the ceremony, the 24 person limo bus was waiting for us. The driver said that the 30 person bus would not be fixed today after all. The 24 person limo bus was not big enough to bring everyone to the park for pictures, but thankfully some of our extended family were able to drive the rest of our bridal party and family to the park.Finally, when it came time to pay the limo driver, the driver demanded that we pay the price we agreed upon for the 30 person limo bus. We refused to pay the agreed upon price because we did not receive the agreed upon service. I received an angry call from the owner of the company who demanded i pay what was agreed upon for the 30 person limo bus. Thankfully, my groomsmen resolved the situation for us.This company is terrible. Their management, their employees and their limos. The limo we received wasn't only the incorrect one, but it was filthy. These people ruined part of what was one of the best days of my life otherwise. Avoid these snakes at all costs!

If you want to get a limousine I think they are one of the best person to contact. The owner is very down to earth person and their service is amazing.I booked limousine for my Son’s birthday bash. Everything was on point. Driver showed on right time, décor was amazing, very humble person.A great thumbs up..!!!

Best limo service, on my bday party 2019 they had the best service. I highly recommend this company. This year i wanted to book them again they wanted to give us service but due to covid 19 they didnt wanna breach the social distancing rule.

I hired limo for my nephew's prom night and driver is too cool. I really love their services and highly impressed with their attitude. I would loved to contact them in future too.

Very unprofessional. Our friend booked a 30 person limo, and a second limo for his wedding Both were to be exclusively booked for the day. I’m writing this review from the venue, and we have been waiting 1.5 hours. The owner refused to provide us with the phone number for the driver, and claims he called him “20 times” but was still supposedly unaware of his whereabouts. On top of that, he gave us attitude and was completely unapologetic. Take your business elsewhere.

Horrible service, my friend hired this company for his wedding. We have been waiting outside for almost 2 hours. We missed the wedding photo shoot. Do yourself a favor and Do Not Hire this company, Go some where else.

Even 1 star is too high for the horrendous service offered by this company. They were booked months in advance for a wedding and 40+ people were left stranded after being dropped to the location. The owner was called and there was 0 communication between the dispatch and the driver. It seems the driver tried to make extra money by picking up another party in-between. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.
