Recently expanded, there's a fairly good supply of new and used equipment, and a lot of used hockey equipment. Skate sharpening services are available. Inventory is usually good and prices are okay.

Decent selection of products, I was on the market for a pair of skates and explained that the ones I had hurt my feet and I was open to upgrading, and asked to speak with someone knowledgeable about various types, sizes, etc of skates. Someone recommended some socks, and nobody seemed motivated to move away from the congregation at the register or particularly knowledgeable about skates. I lose nothing by shopping online compared to the service I got today. Anyway, I went to Petrie’s, got great service and bought a $300 pair of skates.

Fair prices on goods and services. Staff are hit and miss for friendliness and helpfulness.

There was only three employees in the store, 2 males and 1 female, the one female was the only one doing any work, she was helping customers while working the register at the same time, the males were putting away items." They were actually running around and throwing things at each other

Went in to buy a new pair of goalie skates however they had absolutely nothing in my size, found a skate that fit in the used section and went to look for the other one as I was going to purchase them, couldn’t find the other skate so I asked a worker if they had it in the back or it was getting repaired but they couldn’t find it anywhere in the store. Asked if I could trade in my old skates for either cash or store credit, skates were about a year and half old, paid $279 from play it again and I was offered $55 cash or $75 store credit I understand this is how they make some money but that’s a little low. And to top it all off there was no adults to be found, store was being run by 5 or so teenagers. Very un happy that darn well the only shop in town that carries goalie skates doesn't have stock.

Great service every time. They greet you and offer assitance as soon as you walk in.

I had to flag down help with the goalie equipment, but once I did the person was super helpful and helped me find what I needed at a relatively decent price.

We had excellent service today from a young man named Ryan. He was so patient, informative and thorough with myself and my three children. I highly recommend play it again!

My very first visit to sell some snow equipment. Uber friendly and honest staff. Came to the car and carried the stuff I had to sell in for me! Was shocked at how big the store was. Super impressed with Play it Again Sports! Heavily recommend if you are either buying or selling.
