Not good customer service at all. The employees only greet certain customers as they walk through the door. They didn’t interact with me at all and I felt very uncomfortable and not welcome in the store. Ended up leaving after spending 20 minutes in the store with no one checking up on me.

I bought a dress for a wedding back at the end of April. Loved it in the store so I bought it. Tried it back on at home yesterday and noticed a hole in the side of the dress. I tried to exchange the dress today for the exact same dress in store that wasn’t damaged and I wasn’t allowed because it was “out of the 20 day return and exchange policy”. So I couldn’t exchange a damaged dress that I didn’t damage for the EXACT same dress because it’s been more than 20 days. My dress had the tags still on it and everything. I will not be shopping here again, absolutely ridiculous. Before buying anything from here make sure you inspect for any damages and keep in mind that no matter what you only have 20 days to return it, even if it’s the store’s fault the dress is ripped!!!! Probably won’t shop here again, which is disappointing because I do really like their clothes but it’s just not worth it. What a waste of money.

The customer service here is amazing. I had to buy a prom dress and it was so easy because the workers are incredible. Can’t wait to go back and shop with Janat

I wish I got the sales persons name today. Absolutely wonderful customer service. From pulling dresses for my daughter to wanting to see how they looked on her, she was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a good experience!

The worst customer service .. I bought a dress for my wedding shower and when I got it home it had an oil stain on it .. when I tried to return it the sales women spent over 5 minutes carefully inspecting the dress. When I told her where the stain was she told me it was store policy to not return anything that had a stain. I argued that I am returning because it has a stain and I was honest because I didn’t want someone else buying a stained dress. She then became aggressive and would not return the item, ended up calling someone else over to service me, starting crying and went to the back room . After speaking to the second person, she told me based on what the first girl said I couldn’t return my $80 stained dress I bought 24 hrs before. I finally got them to agree to at least give a gift card. This is a awful store and they do not care about their customers

I came in to buy some items for my girlfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone was beyond helpful and gracious. They helped me pick out all the right sizes and some beautiful items! Would definitely recommend

On top of their terrible service, you can tell the clothes have been returned and they’re trying to sell it back at full price when there are clearly holes, stains, and loose threading on there.Also, please correct your staff to have good manners. I’m on the petite side of things and when an employee jokes about “shopping in the kids section”, it’s not that funny.

I like the dresses but I was hoping to see size diversity. The sizes are not accurate at all. I fit a large size and the size large that was in the store did not even go up my leg and they told me there was no extra large size dresses they carry. Please include more sizes it’s really disappointing.Would of brought more items if I could fit in them.
