Brazil Bakery and Pastry

Great bakery. The cod cakes are delicious. Busy at times. We like that it's a personal small business. Good selection overall, love the lattes. The staff work hard and try their best.

They have amazing pastries and coffee. I had a double espresso and my partner a latte. Both tasted and looked fantastic; didn't taste burned at all. The Portuguese tarts are fantastic. It's a very comfortable atmosphere and the staff were very helpful and polite. Will definitely visit again!

Went in here for the first time the other day and bought two loaves of bread, an egg tart, a coconut tart and an almond tart.The bread was pretty decent, but the tarts all tasted like they were at least 50% sugar! I'm not exactly sure if this was the aim of the bakery, but I sure have never tasted tarts like this in my life.The service was OK, but not great, I would say.

Went in and had coffee. Try out a sparkling passion fruit it was very good. The tarts were excellent too. Atmosphere was relaxed and seating was spacious. Staff was fine and brought our coffee to the table.

Pretty nice place, although not particularly cozy or unique on the inside. They have a nice pastry section and their coffee is pretty good. Breads all look and smell fantastic, and they carry a few Brazilian products as well (food and home goods).

The cakes and pastries of this place were amazing but now due to COVID-19 they have very limited options. Hopefully everything will be normal with passing time

We ended up here the other day when our local bakery was closed.We ordered a bunch of croissants and to our surprise, two of the choclate one's were not in the box, something else was. Despite being uoset at the time, we brought them back the next day and the lady apologized and gave us the right one's plus 6 of those delicious custard pastries.We will come back again because of how they handled the situation.And if you're wondering, the croissants were delicious. The almond one was a big hit and so were the chocolate one's too.

Visited this place close to when they were about to close which I don’t usually do anywhere. I feel like the service is always so different when they’re about to close and I totally understand.I asked the lady 3 times if what I pointed at was cheesecake and she said yes but I still didn’t believe her. It looked like strawberry sponge cake.When I got home and gave the cake slices to my parents.... ya it was strawberry sponge cake and not cheesecake. I tried a bit of it - it was tasty but not what I thought I ordered.They should have labels for their desserts so when you’re looking at everything you don’t have to keep asking what everything is and or get confused.

The Brad and cakes were very good.The staff are very friendly. Would be nice if all front attendants speak Portuguese, this could make the place more Home.We went there for the “coxinha” and rissoles.The tasty was great. The only thing was when you warm this using microwaves.. make the texture and flavour different... maybe they could keep this warm after deep fried.

I've lived in the area for just over a year and this establishment has been one of the finer points of living in the Erin Mills area. After reading some of these reviews I was shocked to hear that the customer service was anything but exemplary.I have never been video taped (which seems ridiculous) Other than the extremely busy times I've never really had to wait for my order at all. Catherine and the gang have done an amazing job with serving customers and have gone above and beyond time and time again to make sure every visit for myself my guest and other patrons to be of the highest quality.I can't speak highly enough about this bakery and its hardworking courteous staff.
