This company not only sells you the best items that sound good together, but they will go out of their way to make sure you know what you are doing, and they aren't really expensive either. Great service, friendly. Mark really knows turntable stuff. Both Mark and Max are extremely helpful!!

Thanks to Mark and the staff at the Sound Room for their patience and great work servicing and upgrading my Pro-Ject Evolution TT. The new Hana ML MC cart sounded great. First up was a Stereophile's Recording of February 2018: Robert Silverman's Chopin's Last Waltz. Then a Visage EP with a great version of Fade to Grey and then AWB's Cut the Cake LP. The new cart really brought out the nuances and made the CM10s sparkle.

I have dealt with The Sound Room for my audio purchases for many years. They have always found me great equipment which fits in my budget, but what makes them really stand out is their service, not just when purchasing but more importantly if you have any issue down the road they go out of their way to help you solve it or find a solution. Mark and the team are Awesome! I highly recommend you make your audio video purchase from them.

My wife and I are thrilled with the NAD stereo system that Mark designed for us. He is very knowledgeable and he presented three options to us after learning about our interests and needs. He was very patient with my questions and provided excellent service. Our only regret was that we hadn't contacted him sooner about replacing our old stereo!

I'm listening to my new DAC player on the pair of Totem speakers I just bought. Giddy is the word that came to mind. The music is so crisp, so open, it's just right there in front of me. This is exactly what I was hoping it would be and that is so much more than I expected as these days we are so often disappointed.I was a bit intimidated going to The Sound Room as I thought I can't afford the high end prices and equipment they carry but I wanted to see and hear what really good sound is.Mark spent a good bit of time with me and answered all my questions and asked me a number of questions to help me sort out what my wishes and needs were.As I said above I am in love with music again and I found that I could hit my budget. LOL, Yes I would have loved the $50,000.00 speakers but thats not for me (they sound incredible).Do your self a favour and go speak with them, you won't be disappointed.

I didn't know a lot about audio when I first went to the store and I had mixed shopping experiences in past from online and other stores. The Sound room was definatly the best service I ever encountered in an audio store in Vancouver and I wish I had knew that place earlier. The staff is dedicated and know their products. I was served by Mark and he was really amazing. I am very satisfied from my experience.

Purchased a used amp from The Soundroom’s Max and Mark. Unbelievable service! Amp was actually lost by the courier service and both guys took above and beyond to the next level. Called the manufacturer and got them to send me a brand new unit for no extra charge! I cannot say enough great things, just awesome to deal with. Highly recommend!
