Really happy with our gas log conversion and door install. Our salesperson was a great help with the decision process and focused on our priorities. I wasn't upsold or pressured to escalate the project like other FP stores so it was very easy to go with Galaxy.

Usually, I'm not particularly eager to write reviews about the things I buy, but I think I have to write this review about Galaxy Fireplace in Surrey.We have recently done some remodeling in our living room, which you can see before and after photos. We have shopped the entire Surrey Fireplace stores, but NO ONE could bet the selection and the services of Galaxy Fireplace. The owner Mindy visited our house twice to make sure our installation went smoothly, and we are fully satisfied. His store staff and his installers are fully qualified and very professional and friendly. They exceeded our expectations, which is why I write this review. They have a great showroom full of the latest and greatest models that will meet your need. I recommend them 100%.

Great place. They gave me a great deal on the insert I liked for my rental unit and all the accessories I needed to get up and running the same day!

We dealt with Mindy regarding 2 natural gas fireplace inserts. Mindy was great explaining different options, etc. We are very pleased with the fireplaces, the great customer service, and reliable advice for other products such as built in bbq’s and fire pits. We definitely recommend this company and we will be using them again in the near future.
