This was a Power-Up Smoothie; strawberries, blueberries, banana and Greek yogurt. Scrumptious and only 250 calories! It's a nice treat.

The cashier was absolutely wonderful. Answered all my friends question and was very knowledgeable about their menu. Ordered clubhouse sandwiches and they were delicious. Was roughly $30 per person for a sandwich, soup, drink and cookie.

Met my friend at the London road location last night at 6:30. The girl behind the counter clearly did not want to be at work as she was not very friendly. She never cracked a smile all night. My friend asked what toppings were on the brownie, and after a sigh and a shrug she pulled it out to show us. She then threw the plate on the counter and rung her in without even speaking. I then ordered a hot chocolate to which was also just thrown on the counter. I was not offered whipped cream or cinnamon or anything of the toppings they usually offer. After receiving our order we looked for a table that didn’t have dirty dishes on it. (Which was none). No one offered to clear us a spot. We had to move dirty dishes off a booth by ourselves and no one cleaned a table the entire 2 hours we were there. Our table never even got wiped after we removed the dirty dishes. I watched 2 customers ask for the wifi which she was very hesitant to give out, like it was some big secret. It was not the usual cozy, comfy, welcoming environment we are used to so we were very disappointed.

Usually their service is great. Not today. Two orders behind us were served ahead of us. Both with sandwiches. When I questioned them I qas told it takes longer to make a sandwich than cook an egg with a very ignorant attitude. Not impressed!!!!! We were 20 minutes standing there waiting for two sandwiches!!!!!

I enjoyed my experience there the batista was very nice. She knew alot about the drinks available, and was good at recommendations.They even remembered which drink I normally get which was amazing.They offer non-dairy creamers/milks for coffees. They also, have the normally expected coffee creamers.

I prefer the store downtown but staff and food are awesome at both locations. The spicy Thai chicken soup is to die for.
