Very hard to deal with this company. Even when we make an appointment they still make the driver wait 45 minutes to over an hour in some cases. If we are late for an appointment they bill us a late fee.

5.5 hrs to load one load going to one location. Bunch of useless clowns. With the current driver shortage they will either get their act together or go our of business.

Woman at reception is very rude, and hostile for no reason. I ask how she is, and she gives me attitude. Very rude, everytime I go in. Thought maybe she was having a bad day the first time it happened, but no. She's awful

They are really good at wasting your time. Took 7 hrs to readjust weight cause it was overweight. And took another 30 minutes to put the seal on.

Had a scratch on the inside of my trailer was rejected. No tape allowed only silicone. I didnt find any exposed insulation. Every trailer has scratches. Also Joy was very rude and kept talking while eating her food. She also didnt accept my apt# first time and i had to explain this 3 times before she finally understood . Sometimes ppl need to move on and retire early when thy cant perform their job.
