Ski Lachance

I had an excellent boot fitting experience while on the New Year holiday in Tremblant. Francis is a great boot fitter and made my very tight fitting boots comfortable. The guys in the shop were great and the whole shop had a great vibe. I highly recommend this shop for any of your ski equipment needs.

A great overall experience shopping for skis and boots. When getting fitted for my boots, the boot fitter had me align my feet in an apparatus which showed me how pronated my left foot was. They pointed out that I probably had issues with my lower back as well as turning towards the right. Both revelations startled me because I've been complaining about my back for years and my doctor simply prescribed pain medication. It's only been a month but having my boot modified to compensate for the pronation with the addition of arch supports for each boot, has lessened my back pain and take meds less frequently. I now use those supports in all my walking wear and the pain is slowly fading away as my body gets use to it's new alignment. The people and the service are second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the boutique de ski to anyone. Great people, great service, great experience.

The folks in the rental shop (and the boutique) are LOVELY. Everyone loves skiing and wants you to love it too! If you visit the boutique, their furry-four-legged greater will ensure you enjoy your shopping experience as well.Bryan and Mark are a dynamic duo, and after receiving such individual and patient attention during my rental boot/ski fitting, I’ll never rent on the mountain again!!!Did I mention the incredibly reasonable rental rates?!?!?!Sad the season is ending, but already looking forward to next year!

Highly recommend!1. Had my boots pinching my foot. Other shops tried to adjust the boots over 5 times with no luck. This place after 15 minutes of work managed to make the boots comfortable so that I can ski the whole day.2. Highly trained staff. Not like other places where people do not know what they are doing...3. The shop specializes on skis and snowboards. they do not switch to bikes or other outdoor activities.4. Gave them to tune up my skies for the whole family. The bet tune up I had. The skis are sharp which is useful on icy patches.5. Clean and well organized.

This is a fantastic shop: such a hive of activity when I went. A part fell off my ski boot so i dropped in and the nice man in the ski boot section repaired it for me there and then. He was so helpful and kind. I was thankful for the kindness and good service.

Had an all round great experience at Lachance. Simple and easy process, equipment was great and reasonable prices. Brian and his colleagues were super friendly and accommodating, would recommend to all.

Great service by knowledgeable staff. Patient to answer our questions as our son was purchasing his first pair of ski boots. Would definitely go back there again.

Came to get a basket replaced on a pole. They had things sorted in no time and great price. I would definitely come back for other ski needs.They also have heated ski poles if you need that kind of thing. Very interesting!

Good high end ski store. Nice selection but definitely top of the line. Not so much low budget.Good repair shop and services. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Went in today to get some AT boots and was helped by Felix; super knowledgeable young dude who knew what I wanted and needed and wasted no time. Boots and insole done in less than an hour. These guys are always great for boot fits.
