Great products I had to return some products and they were excellent with it

We are long time customers of the store and also on line. We had the most horrible service today from a girl with glasses who refused to take an exchange from a product I bought 2 mins before that had clearly gone bad on the shelf. I got out of the store, smelled it outside and went right back in. I told her I wanted to exchange it for something that was more expensive but she refused and became ruder as the exchange went on. Then as I was on my way out, I asked for her name for when I call her boss, she refused and started laughing with another colleague. Then I said I'll take a picture then, she just started running and screaming like she was a 8 yr old kid along with the other employees. I'm not sure at this point if I'll just stop buying there or actually call her boss. Also considering doing a social media post. The previous review seems to also be about her. Very disappointing since we spend hundred of dollars regularly.Following the owner response : the issue was mainly the horrible service and rude treatment we got from the employee which I couldn't even fully describe in the review but offered to explain further in an email sent to the owner. The previous review also mentions her. This was not addressed at all and is the main reason why I'll start shopping elsewhere.

I am a regular customer, i even have an account there, never had a problem and always get the best service from 2 amazing employees till yesterday tuesday November 15I came in to the store and the cashier who had eye glasses and her friend niki I think her name was, were rude especially the girl with the eye glasses. she asked me to leave my purse at the cash??!! Why would I leave my purse with my personal wallet at the cash?? I saw other customers going in with their purses she only wanted me to leave mine at the cash. I wanted to look around but she wouldn't let me I asked her for a specific product that I knew they had because I was there the other day, she told me right away that she didn't have it in stock but after I insisted that I knew they had it since I was there the day before she finally got it for me. She didn't ask me for my account to get the discount I usually get. Worst service ever.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! They’re all so kind and helpful, I’ve been here many times to buy various products and the women who work here always take the time to offer their recommendations and advice.

Chinese cashier was very rude she was on her phone while serving clients. I simply said oh there's a few cents difference remaining from my exchange. I said oh it's whatever meaning keep the change. The cashier had the audacity to tell me NO IT'S NOT WHATEVER! I told her I'm sorry no need to be rude if you're going to be like this then I'm not going to come back to stop here. Her response FINE YOUR CHOICE DON'T COME BACK THEN. I truly believe that they should reconsider their cashiers so that they are able to comprehend customers not be rude.

Nice. The prices were a bit higher than what i usually pay, but I was happy to see they had products
