Nothing but good experience at the service department, especially from Juan.I had major service that needed to be done to my car, a head gasket change. Not only were they great at diagnosing the issue, but they were also very good at keeping me informed of the process, as well as making sure I made all the decisions. When I asked to use my own parts, they were ok with that, when I asked to see the car mid process, they were also ok with that. They also were able to work with me to make sure we stayed within my budget.From small service to big ones they have great customer service and are very transparent.Prices are what you would expect from a dealership, more than a local mechanic. But they are very honest about pricing.

I had a driver assist system" service message when I started the car. The long range sensor bracket was bent pointing the sensor away from cars in front of me. This disabled my cruise control and parking assit feature. No charge to fix the bracket. Thanks for being honest. This goes a long way. With electronics so complex most of us would not know what was wrong. I thought I had a bad sensor. Thanks team Budd."

Customer Service is excellent. Management makes time to talk to customers. There curtesy drivers are very friendly and great to chat with. No hidden agenda very transparent on the work required and cost . Highly Recommend Service at Budds Chevrolet. Will continue to take my C8 Corvette there. Thanks

I’ve been taking my car to this dealership since 2016. When I walk in, eventhough it’s so busy, you are greeted immediately and what’s even crazier is that with all their clients, they still somehow manage to remember your name! Jennifer and the service team was so helpful (as always!) and honestly, so trustworthy. I really highly recommend this dealership. You can always rely on them to be thorough and give you honest advice on repairs and for me, the cost for the repairs are pretty fair.This was the first time I used their shuttle service and it was great! Bill was so friendly and super efficient.

My car was making a squeaking noise which was correctly fixed with a $309 brake service. The dealership noticed the passenger door handle was loose and needed replacement which I authorized. Unfortunately, the mechanic didn’t check his/her work and you couldn’t open the door from the inside. I came the next morning and they fixed it while I waited without paperwork. Interestingly, the invoice no longer shows hours or hourly rate, just labor amount. I guess they don’t want to scare customers so they don’t tell them. Genius. I’ve been servicing my car at Budds for almost 20 years. I’ve seen most of the front line service staff either retire or move on recently. I am wondering if the situation in the shop has changed as well. The service manager is honest and works hard to please the customer. Sometimes he even works as a service advisor on the phone!

All personnel are always friendly and welcoming. When taking car in for servicing they keep you updated on progress and have all work completed within the estimated time given. We also always leave Budd's with a nice clean vehicle that's been washed by hand. Car seems to run better when clean lol

The service team at Budds' Chevrolet is amazing!The dealership regularly does odd service jobs that (I'm not equipped or comfortable doing myself) on my 1990 Buick Reatta - a vehicle with a number of 'unique' features in need of experienced hands - as well as servicing and sourcing parts for my family's other vehicles.Ask for Caitlin, she is the best! She is amazing and makes the process really smooth. She goes above and beyond for her customers and expedite service as much as possible. Great service and they know their stuff.10/10

Overall good experience and services completed. I wish there was more we could do about wait times (even with scheduled appt) but I understand the # of people servicing their vehicles. Overall very pleased!
