This is my third set of hearing aids from Listen Up! Canada and my first from the Belleville location. I moved from Newmarket, ON, to Belleville in May 2016 - just as my 6-yr-old hearing aids started acting up. One would cut out for a couple of hours a day and then reconnect with a loud pop and squeal...loud enough for my wife to hear it sitting beside me in the car.At my first appointment, Konrad identified the likely cause of the problem. He cleaned and adjusted the hearing aid and it seemed to be fine thereafter. Nonetheless, based on the age of my old hearing aids, I opted to order new ones.When I got home with my new Oticons that Konrad set up for me, I turned on a wall-mounted air conditioner and heard - for the first time - it chirp in acknowledgement of my having pressed the button on its remote.From the first phone call to set up an appointment through to delivery of my new devices, I received outstandingly friendly, professional care from each person at Listen Up! Canada in Belleville. I can recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

From the very first time I visited the office I was at ease, had all my questions answered and was explained what my options were. I have now had my hearing aids for the past 5 years and am still completely happy. The receptionist is a delight and I have enjoyed the free cleanings and adjustments. I recommend ListenUP to anybody who mentions deafness.

my recent visit to Listen Up more than exceeded my expectations. I have been a Listen Up customer for many years but this was my first with Konrad Malinski and staff in Belleville ON. He is amazing, knowledgeable, and professional. But what I valued most of all was his caring manner . He thought of what was best for me and my hearing loss. I left his office experiencing hope for the first time in 35 years. I had finally found someone who cared more for his patients than just making a sale. About 5 years ago I purchased a pair of hearing aids from ListenUp Canada in Belleville, Ont. and have been very happy with them. Now I have just upgraded to a second pair of hearing aids and as before I have been very impressed with how thorough, patient, and friendly the staff are at the Belleville location. Mr. Konrad Malinski is very knowledgeable and he has the equipment and expertise to answer all my questions. I am a very satisfied customer.

This week was my first visit to our Listen Up store. I have had hearing aids for five years and they were insufficient . I found Konrad very helpful and reassuring that I had picked the right place for my second pair of hearing aids. Everything was well explained , all my many questions were answered professionally and in detail. I have purchased aids and am wearing them. What a difference they are making in communication. My husband is also being services as his aids were not accurately adjusted for him. Konrad has been very accommodating to try and help make my husbands hearing experience a better one for him .. Not only did I greatly appreciate his prompt assessment of my hearing status, but it was a real bonus to be shown bonafide 'solutions' toward enhancing what hearing I have left - even if the cost-numbers are quite daunting. Konrad was fantastic; he explained everything very clearly, taking the time to illustrate his knowledge through drawings, graphs and computer data. I really felt comfortable and secure because he was very knowledgeable. Thanks for a very positive experience - would recommend in a heart beat

It was friendly and good services.just kind of hard to find once you are in the building could use some signs with arrows. Other than that was a decent experience.
