Been with this company for over 10 years, quality of the service was not the best but at least it was cheap. Now that I'm on a great bundle from Telus, i wanted to port the phone number away from iTalkBB.This is where the problem is. Telus attempted to port the number but was shown an error. They tried multiple times.After spend 30 mins trying to find to someone on italkbb customer service" they tell me they did not see any attempts at porting. They said the number has to be ported before they can cancel the account. But Telus has tried porting and it was locked. Its circular reasoning that italkbb is using to stop you from cancelling their services.NEVER SIGN UP."

The company's sales called my brother in law and said the company offers free trial on its new surveillance camera with no obligation. It ended up charging him for a system setup fee after he decided not to continue using.Can't believe any company in its right mind would still do this kind of scam nowadays.Do not ask us to contact your support and further waste our time.If you as a company do not know what your sales are doing, you should just straight quit doing any business.If scamming your customers is not what you intent to do, review your sales record and correct all wrong doings yourself. There should be plenty of cases like ours.

On Saturday, visited to return their phone equipment and cancel the service but a representative told can't help and the customer has to call customer service to cancel. Called the customer service but no English service was available. Went back to the store and explained the situation and also asked to help with talk to customer service in Chinese. The representative said can't help because a policy/manager told him not to help. The reason was the store will get fined from the company. Wanted to talk with the manager but not able to talk because the manager doesn't work on weekend. He said the customer service will call me back so wait until then. Later another representative came in I tried to talk to her in English and the guy said she doesn't speak English. Couldn't believe this place.

update: italk BB crystal mall has called me to take down/change the review. I admire their persistence; appreciate their effort to reconcile and apologize for the inconvenience caused. However as a company that has english content on the parent website & services USA & Union Jack , you still can't use the following rationale that Crystal mall (dominantly Chinese customers)and 中国人 is target customer is grounds to provide preferential customer service. The effort of expressing 对不起,我无法用英语为您服务" is a more appreciative response than a condescending look.if you set your opening hours at 10am M-F
