I love getting a Healing Touch treatment and Yin yoga with Josie. I always feel more relaxed, centered and grounded afterwards. She always makes you feel safe and confortable. I swear by getting HT session and Yin yoga for self care. If your looking for something to do for yourself this is the way to go.

I started going to Josie's Yin Yoga classes and I love it!! Great stretches, calm environment and her voice is so soothing to listen to. Its so relaxing! I also had a couple of Healing Touch sessions with her and felt fantastic afterward!

Josie made me fall in love with yoga. She has a sweet soul, you can see that she truly loves what she is doing with her clients. I recommend her to anyone who want to have very intimate yoga classes (Never more than 6 people). She is truly amazing. Thank you Josie❤️
