You walk in and you see nothing but electronics. You hear a voice call out from the background , come in, how can I help. The voice is Dave Humphrey. You check in what you have brought for repair. You are told 2 - 4 weeks for repairs, call, or email after two weeks for an update. You can't rush good work. If you aren't in a hurry Humphreys will do a good job. If you want quick, then you need to go somewhere else. My repair took 4 weeks and at a reasonable price.

Well haven't met the gentleman yet..but ..I've parts ordered through him..and there still there..ready for pick up...he took the time to help me out..when others didn't...I look forward in using his buisnes again in the future..

I recently purchased a new Ortofon cartridge and head shell for my turntable only to find out the mounting screws supplied by the seller were too long. I ended up stopping by Humphrey's after searching online for a source to no avail. Dave was extremely helpful and actually had a set of the correct screws for me. Great service. I will definitely go back again for future audio video repair needs.

Dave is the best! I met him for the first time today and it was like I knew him for years. Excellent customer service! I bought a vintage turntable from him. He has a vast amount of knowledge in stereo equipment. Definitely go see Dave for all of your vintage stereo needs!

I have issue with my Vintage Luxman C120A pre amp. After long search online I found one reach out To Humphrey Audio . The reviews are mixing mostly long lead time for repairs . But decide give them try this name was Dave he offer pick and drop . Pickup up unit Nov 8 2022 after 2 days requested service deposit I did e transfer $90.40 with HST . After 7 days went by he called me back need repairs to faulty board need to reflow solder connections and power supply . He called me on Nov 22 2022 unit repaired will drop it off on Nov 24 2022 total repair was just under $300.00 including HST . When Dave arrived I also asked him I have problem with noisy left and right channel pots of Luxman 120 amp and recommend using product called DeoxIT fader F5 . He could easily said I will take unit give estimate how much fix it. But instead offer his knowledge this should fix problem noisy static . I have great experience with Dave my highest recommendation.

Had problems with finding parts for my 45 year old Harmon Kardon. Dave was the only one who could help me. Absolutely the best vintage stereo store I have ever been to. Dave is a great person to deal with and gave me a great price. Absolutely the best, I wouldn't shop anywhere else. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

I had my pioneer sx1250 reconditioned Dave the owner was pretty helpful. I would highly recommend Humphreys to anyone. my 1250 is like new.Thanks Dave

I was excited to take home my amplifier after waiting ten months for Humphreys to repair it. After connecting inputs and speakers, I found out that sadly, It still didn't work.

Took in my Sony receiver, and Humphreys did a great job on the unit, got it back and it’s working perfect, wonderful work, will come back again.
