Will not be doing business with this company again! Deposited was made based off signed qoute. Was later Forced" to pay through intimidation (yelling and screaming) by the owner an additional $300.00 due to an admitted error on his behalf (Raymond). After being further yelled at and disrespected

I just had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE" with Billy Ray. He called me with a nasty attitude to let me know that he was on my side of town to give me an estimate. I asked what time would he be arriving and he became more frustrated

Ray was very professional! He was very punctual! I was very pleased with his work! It is nice and neat! If I need more glass blocked windows in the future there is no doubt I would recommend Glass Block Express!!!! Also Sonja was amazing! As we know things can be misleading when communicating via email or text! Sonja picked up the phone and called me to square things away!!!!!
