I came to MAS for 2 years roughly a decade ago and I have been back for about a year. I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed with how effective their training is. Kru Chris and his team have incredibly high fight IQs and they can help anyone reach their fitness goals as long as they are willing to put in the effortLive to fight

Unsafe for children. There was industrial toilet cleaner where soap should have been in the bathroom and my son suffered chemical burns. Refused to take responsibility. I was also attending MAS and asked for my last 2 months of prepaid classes to be refunded, since I couldn’t possibly keep going there after what happened to my son. And my emails were ignored.

This is by far one of the best experiences I have had when it comes to fitness. I have been to many gyms, but this one is hard to beat. The gym is clean and well maintained. The owner, Kru Chris is one of the most knowledgeable and professional people you will meet. It doesn’t matter your age, young or old, all are welcome. If you are looking to improve your fitness and self-esteem, this place is a must!

I've trained here and Kru Chris Kew was ome of the best instructors I have ever met im any gym, he's an amazing instructor really pushes you to become a skilled fighter, all of the instructors are great at what they do and I personally believe this is hands down the best gym around.

The best place for kids and adults! My son has been with MAS for over 3 years. Adam has kept him engaged and has taught him so much! My son listens and has so much confidence in himself. Last year I finally decided to join and I'm so glad I did. Fithria is a beast! When you want to give up, she's there to keep you going. She wants to see you learn and succeed. If your looking for a place to join, this is it!

Over the years I've trained on and off at various gyms all across Canada. MAS is without a doubt the most welcoming, friendly gym I've ever been to. It's like a family and they treat you like you're a part of it the moment you walk in. Kru Chris is a dedicated teacher who really does love what he does, the fact that he's great at it is an added bonus. The Brazilian Jiu-jitsu program is one of the best I've seen. Coaches are knowledgeable and patient they speak to new members on their level and explain/demonstrate techniques perfectly. Safety of those training especially the new students is paramount with this club. I recently just started training again and joined MAS, I'm really glad I did. Can not say enough great things about this club, the coaches and it's members.
