Quick and easy drop off.

Hours are not as listed. Just got of night shift waited till 8:15 still not open!!!! Not good when your a 12hr midnight worker and have to day sleep. Please fix you hours on the website.

Poor customer service, redelivery because of them not calling like they were supposed to resulting in a 4+ hour wait.

Worst delivery service on the planet, delivered our parcel to the completely wrong address, thank goodness the person at this address knew us or we'd be out a lot of money, don't ever use Ups if there is another alternative, and it should have 0 stars not 1

Highly recommend a different courier entirely or if not possible (like in my situation) AVOID USING THIS ACCESS POINT. It appears to be a benefit to those who cant drop off at a standard UPS location during regular hours but this is not the case.Dropped off a defective, expensive cell phone for return using pre-paid shipping label on a Monday. Requested & received a receipt and waited 5 business days checking on it daily without update.. for 5 days! As in I dropped it off and no one picked it up for an entire WEEK. This being a time sensitive matter I report the concern and file a claim only to have UPS support give a pathetic apology and request 1-8 business days to investigate" the concern. Waited & waited without any update when all they had to do was PICK IT UP & DELIVER IT! The entire function of a courier service yet UPS is incapable of completing the most basic service they provide. Still without a phone and received no compensation whatsoever
