Very cold room when we arrived. Can't take shower cuz no hot water. No soap or shampoo or faceclothes. Restaurant wasn't open at 8 a.m. so couldn't get coffee or breakfast. Recommendation don't stay there. Stay in Virden.

We booked through Airbnb and when we arrived they asked us to pay there and also make a deposit. Result: we got charged twice and the deposit hasn't come back. It is clean and quite, but if you don't want to waste your money, never come in.

Bugs and stains in the bathtub. Uncomfortable bed. Room furnace was not on when I arrived, and even after being on for a while it was still cold (cindercrete walls and cement floors with thin carpet hold the cold). My first 1-star review ever.

Excellent lunch specials. Great breakfast as well. I haven't had supper there but based on my experience, it should be good! Beer vendor had cold beer available.
