Vous savez quand ont dit qui sont très dispendieux bien c’est véridique..... Ma location ne m’a pas coûter 1X ni 2X mais bien 3X le prix que j’aurais payer avec pas 1 maïs 2 de ses concurrents..... 4h00 de location pour 229$ plus jamais.....

They said the truck rental was $85 plus $32 for insurance plus km and time... only had the truck for 8 hours and drove less then 40 km. I was charged $275! I feel.like I was robbed! Last time I rent from national. Going to have words for them when when I have time to go by.

So rude !!!! I booked on Internet with National. The owner didn't know how to find my booking made on internet.I called National in Toronto and Montreal to fixed that probleme.But the owner refused to give me the car with the good price from National, he wanted me to pay more...Finily I had called again National Montreal and they gave me an other car from Enterprise to Ile Perrot.I have never seen that in my life...

J'avais une réservation faite par le site web de National à un prix confirmé par courriel, et lorsque j'ai appelé ici pour confirmer, ce marchand de National, sur chemin Larocque à Valleyfield, a décidé d'augmenter de presque 10$ par jour le prix de location.J'ai annulé sur-le-champ.Ce n'est pas le 10$ par de plus par jour qui me dérange, c'est le principe de respecter le client lorsqu'une réservation en ligne confirme un prix moindre.Prix par jour de la confirmation: 35.95$Prix changé par le marchand au téléphone: 44.95$Dans mon esprit c'est du chantage et de la malhonnêteté.Je vais déposer une plainte au bureau chef de National et à l'OPC.

Friendly staff and nice cars. A positive rental experience. Getting to their location is a bit convoluted but not impossible. The staff spoke English, I would rent from them again.
