Staff was amazing.I ordered the spicy chicken (which should be called inferno chicken)..was way to spicy to me, so they happily swapped it out for reg.

There has never been an issue with the food itself but there's been numerous times where I've had to wait over 30 minutes for an order in the drive through because they forgot to make gravy or that they needed to make a fresh batch of taters. either management didn't train the workers properly or there was an issue with the kitchen equipment. staff was always friendly

There poutine is veggie gravy awesome option for vegetarians.The lady came from back to help us at front 5/5 .But there was another short lady she ignored us dont know if she couldnt just listen or she doesnt like other community people

Left on open sign while closed! I noticed numerous vehicles in the parking lots while completing my errands so I decided to get some supper however you were closed. No holiday hours posted but your open sign was on; you inconvenienced me along with numerous other customers!

Very greasy and too much gravy on the poutine it was literally drowning in it. Almost a 12 minute wait and I was the only one in the drive thru. Not even a greeting or a smile or anyone come to the window to say id be waiting that long. Not somewhere id eat again anytime soon.

Had an unfortunate experience. Went through the drive through at 5:50pm and waited for someone to take an order. After 5 minutes of waiting I drove up to the window to try to get someone's attention. Three different staff made eye contact with me through the window but never came over.I figured they were busy. After waiting another 10 minutes at the window, I called the restaurant. Someone finally came out and told me they close at 6:00pm and would not take my order. This was at 6:05pm and I had been waiting since 5:50pm. Their hours posted online said they are open until 10pm.There were two other cars in line behind me throughout.

Horrible service. Was told after I paid that I would have to wait because they were busy. I waited 22 mins in the drivethru for a 3 piece and then was told off because I complained

Music too loud in the restaurant and rap not a good choice for music could not talk to companion
