We come here all the time as my kids love to see the animals. Was surprised to see puppies there, although adorable, and we loved the snuggles, it seems, not ok? From what I understand, the Humane Society can't even take in dogs because they have too many?!

Was at the petland store in Shawnessey,Big store, and very busy.I was approached by a young lady named Emily, she went out of her way to check for dog beds for me, and proceeded to be kind, with great customer service.Not 2 minutes later, was approached by chase, she also was kind and was asking if I needed any help.I’ve been in this store before, the staff are friendly, and the management have done a good job teaching their staff good customer service practices.The fish department looked outstanding, lots of fish, and very busy. Tanks were clean, and staff were maintaining it.Great job! 5 stars

The store is very nice, looked like it was renovated recently. All the animal cages were very clean and they have a great selection of products. They also had quite a few animals and products that aren't commonly seen in chain pet stores, so that was very cool. They also seem to have brought in some more lower cost brands, which is very nice to see.

So impressed by Hannah in the store today. She has helped us on numerous occasions come and spend time with a handful of the adoptions to assess whether or not they would work for our family. Today, we came home with the perfect fit in a beautiful cockatiel. Her patience was impeccable but more impressive is her devotion and love for the animals and their care in store. Her knowledge is inspiring and we were extremely grateful for her help. Thank you Hannah, we’re coming back to you when we need any more advice!

The staff were so kind to my toddler son! They brought out a bunny for him to pet and let us explore, even though we didn't buy anything. It was a great experience and the animals seemed very clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Went to this store coz we’re planning to get a fish for my kids. No idea what type of fish just googled and gold fish was one that s easy to take care of. Asked this lady with a short hair with lots of piercing, if they have goldfish, if we would be able to see it. She said she cant sell it to me coz it needs to be in the bigger galloon and continue doing her stuff.Customer service this days!

I used to come here often until things soured when I booked my puppers for a full groom with Hailey. Don’t book with her if you love your pet. She seems nice but my dog has never been the same — gets upset everytime we walk by this place.

Paid for a product, when the cashier scanned the package the price came up at almost double the shelf price.When I mentioned the shelf price they replied that they hadn't changed the shelf tag yet.So I paid 9 dollars for a product with the shelf marked for 5 dollars.
